Leeds are apparently out of the race for Szmods which is good to see (so we don't witness him bagging against us next season), apparently only considering a deal away providing it is a Prem side solidifying that he only would like a move to test himself (of course the extra cash would be welcome!! 🤣)... Which leads back to his end of season interview when asked about interest his response was basically let's see how it goes and that he is still contracted to Rovers either way. Should a move not materialise (high chance it will) I can't see him being unhappy about staying. Genuine professional and wish him the best of luck no matter what happens.

So looks like we'll be announcing Ohashi (for the first team) and Mafoumbi (for the U-21s soon) according to reports ... Potentially followed by Danny Batth (first team). Also seeing rumours about us being linked with Marek Rodak but stumbling due to wage demands and now Al Ettifaq are circling... So he's obviously going to the Saudi league... A signing like him would be exceptional business, but as if Rovers would ever pull that off! I guess I will resign to us signing Weopold Lahlstedt from one of the Scandinavian Leagues ... 🤣

Agreed, I mentioned being palmed off by "Maggott and Co" but we could also do with having some immediate information from whoever it is representing us rather than "It will be posted in a few days". If and I reiterate IF this meeting goes ahead today and those expected actually attend, those who are supposedly representing the fans need to actually represent the fans... Forget the niceties, have a bit of passion behind you... It isn't just about the club, it is also about the town; BRFC is a huge part of the community and potential economic boost (which Blackburn is in dire need of), the impact area is so much bigger... Demand answers, if they can't answer them then rephrase until they can... I hope to Christ when the notes are released (should they be released) that we aren't just fed palmed off bull****. If the question "are the owners looking to sell us?" and a response as such "the owners remain fully invested"... I urge the question simply "how?" ... They're literally unable to do this, surely the ideal scenario would be to sell and hopefully this time the EFL can ensure they do a thorough Owners' and Directors' test... FYI, I realise the naivety of my own comments. My honest opinion is the entirety of English Football is witnessing Blackburn Rovers a previously well established Premier League team/founder/champion being left to rot (like the stadium) and die.

Noticing a lot of negative posts, I rarely comment but come on here to review if anyone has heard of any solid leads regarding transfers... Let's remember we are all Rovers fans, we all want one thing and that's to see our team succeed regardless of the situation we find ourselves in. No need for the abuse! (Unless it's a dingle troll). At this point, I'd be impressed if we pull any signings off regardless of who we are linked with.
