Lads eome specimen. What size is he?

A fair assessment. Seems crazy that Honor isn't rated higher than Goddard and Barratt when he's only 19!

Good first 20. Goalkeeper and Atcheson solid. Powell lively. Joseph started off great and faded badly after around 20. A deserved win but should have been many more.

Joseph looked a little clumsy at times but he's definitely a handful. Batty needs to be on loan for me and 21s football isn't what he needs. Powell always impresses me and is tireless in his work ethic. Certainly one to watch. The lad in goals looks like a real presence at 19. Not sure why we don't see more of him?

Is the keeper a relation of Suhails? As bad as I've seen at this level.

We had a very young side out there with quite a few scholars. First goal poor defending and goalkeeping. Others looked like poor defending.which is maybe what you would expect at this level.

Never quite sure what this competition proves apart from the young uns are miles off. Rochdale started one player from game at weekend so we are basically playing a reserve side.

Finished one all. Two games unbeaten.

From what I've seen Goddard lacks height but is good with his feet. Barrat is decent with feet poor on crosses but is too old for 21s and should be on loan. Honor is huge and has presence. Was apparently fantastic on loan last season and had more impact than Michalski in the same league but same as the others there is no clear plan.

The constant cost cutting will eventually see us back in League One. Just checking on previous experience and last season young Tyjon scored 6 goals in 20 academy games. Decent but hardly unbelievable. Montgomery was in Division 6 and played around 20 games for Chorley and Marine with the Keeper playing for City of Liverpool who finished bottom of Division 8 in effect after being sent back from a loan at Bamber Bridge in Division 7. 3 months later these guys are being relied upon in our first team squad!!!

It's plain and simple cost cutting to.providr us with such a paper thin squad clearly not equipped for the rigours of the championship. Get rid of Pears and Buckley for kids on tuppence. Club think we are stupid when anyone with an iota of sense can see they are miles off.

To start with the keeper Montgomery and Tyjon is insane. One got sent back from Bamber Bridge last season deemed not good enough. One played a bit at Chorley. The others done ok in 21s. To suggest they should start in League cup beggars belief given none have ripped it up at levels well below. Players should be earning the right for minutes not being given them. It's a death wish from our gaffer if he keeps an inexperienced 18 year old on bench as our number two.

Given the attached no wonder he left. Being forced to sign Asian players doesn't surprise me. Khan in the u21s springs to mind. Even played in u18s as a 19 year old this season. Gestede and Sohail are a cancer within the club.
