  1. That's brilliant mate. 👏 started two weeks ago, similar, I cut out breakfast, eat from 12pm to 7pm (have shortened eating time by 1hr as I can cope with the hunger now and get what I need from eating time) Plenty protein after fasting and water only now. Black coffee in the morning. Feels pretty good.
  2. Hi mate sorry only just seen this
  3. I can't see them wrecking us out of spite that wouldn't gain them anything let alone financially. Let's just face it they are clueless. We are side business to them, like washing cars as a kid on a Saturday afternoon with your mates.
  4. A gradual decline in everything will be death of the club. They need to leave soon before we sink too low in the leagues only chance of serving as a club and being competitive
  5. "Bamber Bridge fc, fuckin hate chorleyyyy allez allez allez....."
  6. I get that people move on with their lives. At one point its all people talked about at work or meeting friends in town. Football was always on everyone's lips but this town seems to be silent about everything not just the winning. It's just fuckin sad to see. And this season was introductory for my kids and they love going. Used to be the hub and heart of the town this club and its slowly dying.
  7. I just really really hope that those that have chosen to stay away return to Ewood Park once they have left and aren't past it
  8. We've excellent training facilities, a decent ground, we've got history as founding members, we've won the Premier league which for a small town is historic and never to be repeated anytime soon. We have alot going for us in terms of who we are for potential buyers.
  9. I say the stay aways are more damaging. Why not fill it (as much as possible) and make your voice heard there
  10. Toth gives me a heart attack every time the ball comes back to him, more than Pears last game looked incredibly nervous on the ball
  11. Feels like this season has been full of those statistical occurrences that play outi n to the opposition hands. https://rovers.co.uk/news/2025/march/09/injury-update--post-derby-county--a-/ Injury update
  12. My only gripe. Didn't finish the ride.
  13. Two bungled in goals from them. Lucky bounces and no outright goal was saught from them. Atleast ours was built up and didn't rely on players falling over and the ball bouncing off them unawares ugh ...
  14. Didn't guarantee much against them today. Just JE
  15. Nah am not about that more about the droning accent and, We want to be togeva!! Togetherness the fans this football club together the fans the football club this football club the fans the togetherness this football club . Oh shut up
  16. Atleast we don't have to listen to this broken record again
  17. This feels like Christmas day as a kid when you didn't get what you wanted...
  18. Shaky start but looking the better side
  19. Anyone got a ticket going spare? Genuine question
  20. Started it today, after drinking 2ltrs water every day for past 2 weeks feel pretty good tbf cutting out all the shite. Just wondered if anyone else had tried or is doing it
  21. I do enjoy your pre match posts mate 😁
  22. Do or die time. If there's any mettle in this squad, now is the time to start producing. This Saturday. A goal early on or scoring first will be a good start
  23. I'm same really we all know where fault lies but in general, under the iffy circumstances any club would give a bit of stick
