thanks grez, that means alot. i sometimes suffer from panic attacks too brought on by my mood swings which doesnt help my health, i just take deep breaths and listen to music when it happens.

i suffer from depression from time time, sometimes i even think about the S word but i would never do it as i know of the heartache and distress it would cause my family if i did, i also have thoughts that maybe there a happier times around the corner so that keeps me going, i either have real highs or real lows, just something that you cant help, i think boredome plays a big part too.

rip speedo, just shows how highly thought of and respected he was when people that didnt even know him are very upset about this news!!

im not saying over his job, i mean he was starting to get somewhere in his career which i would have assumed that would make his personal life more enjoyable etc, your right though, maybe he did have inner-turmoil, i knew a guy at my work who hanged himself earlier this year, you would never have known he was going through personal hell until after it happened, drink, debts etc.

Anyone remember our promotion season game at the reebok? bolton 1 rovers 4, was at the game, it was a 6 pointer as bolton were right behind us if i remember correctly, my best memory of that match was when matt jansen was one on one with the keeper and he did this amazing dummy, he put the keeper on his arse and dinked the ball over him, craig hignett also scored a wonderful freekick after coming off the bench. I think it was freezing cold during that game as well.

alot of people go to the adelphi, last orders or the times for a pre/post match drink. by the way alexer, heaven and hell shut down years ago, best nightclub was jumpin jaks, liquid envy was a peice of cr*p, havent been nighclubbing for years.
