Tronstad should be the captain for me. One of the few shining lights of the team last year, guaranteed to put a shift in. -

Klopp is the stand out candidate for me, he hasn't been mentioned on the 5 man shortlist but if he's willing to do it they should throw everything into getting him. Proven track record of winning trophies, going up against the best coach in modern football for the last 8 years, plays attacking football and knows the English game as well as anyone. He's also pretty much universally liked by most English football fans. -

Don't know why people are so adamant the manager needs to be English. I want someone with a proven track record of winning trophies, there aren't any English managers that have done that at the top level. -
He certainly didn't look like someone making their international debut. Looked very comfortable.

Well Grealish just created two goals...

What a year for the lad. Congratulations Adam.

Delighted for Wharton. Told a friend of mine during the 2022/23 season that we had a young player breaking into the team that will be playing for England one day. It's happened a bit sooner than I expected but his performances for both us and Palace this year warrant it.
-
Everyone kicking off about the price we got for him compared to his current value. He was doing well for a championship side but there was no guarantee he'd do well in the Premiership. Off your heads if you think Rovers could have got much more for him at that stage of his career,
-
Great to see him doing so well at Palace. Hopefully he breaks into the England team.
-
The below stats show he's done a great job This season Win/draw/loss JDT 10/3/17 JE 4/8/5 goals conceded per game JDT 1.9 JE 1.1 goals scored per game JDT 1.45 JE 1.05 He took a team that had the worst form and defence in the league, only lost 5 of his 17 games, plugged the leaky defence and made us hard to beat, had bristol not put 5 past us we'd have conceded less than a goal a game under Eustace. He's done his job in keeping us up so he now deserves full backing from fans and the board to kick on with a clean slate next season. It hasn't been pretty, but pretty football was sending us down to league one.

As someone who lived in Leeds for the past 20 years there's no team I enjoy us beating more. -

I wasn't expecting us to get anything from this game so I'm happy with a point. -

Just to play devil's advocate as there's a lot of negativity going around and I won't get into whether it's justified or not, everyone has their feelings on it. But we brought in 8 players, yes we didn't spend a lot, but neither did any championship side and we brought in more players than any other championship side. -

I've never understood whats in it for Venkys. Why do they want to keep being owners of a club on the other side of the world. -

He wouldn't leave Wrexham. He moved there for family reasons he's not gonna move back up north. He's got a good thing going there -
