I've just been listening to last weekend's Fighting Talk on the podcast.

When the panelists were asked who sport's greatest Colin is, one answered Blackburn and Scotland's Colin Hendry.

It got me wondering how many Scots have actually won the Premier League?

Hendry and Darren Fletcher are the only two players that spring to mind. There has to be more than that right?

Was making this thread more complicated than using Wikipedia?

Anyway according to that only four Scottish players have a medal, Hendry, Fletcher, McClaire and Darren Ferguson. Kevin Gallagher broke his legs for our Championship season so didn't pick one up.

Whilst we're at it, 59 English players have a medal, 3 Welshmen (Giggs, Hughes and Blackmore), 2 Northern Irish (Roy Carrol & Johnny Evans) and 4 Irishmen (Irwin, Roy Keane, O'Shea, Duff).

And finally, after Englishmen, the French players have the most EPL winners medals with 20 players.
