I genuinely don’t know.

Given the guarantee condition has now been removed my best guess is they’ll be trying to have the other conditions removed too.

One side (not sure which) requested an adjournment - new date is either 5th or 6th April.

I think I heard the barrister for the Directorate of Enforcement mention another case had been adjourned - at a guess maybe this is the Adjudicating Authority one.

Sorry for the ambiguity but the audio wasn’t great and they have very strong accents.

Even I’m close to giving up. 😁

Given we were case number 36 I gambled on missing the first hour - when I started watching they were still on case number 1. 🤦‍♂️
