There are at least four, possibly five ahead of him. There was a theory on here when it was previously discussed that he was signed to make up the numbers in training. Jalil Saadi was given a one-year extension and Jordan Eastham, when neither had any future at the club. There's many others - Harrison Wood, the forward who is on the books now. I think it is about numbers and maybe, in some cases, about maintaining good relationships with agents, perhaps. Edited 13 hours ago by riverholmes 1 1 Quote

He was awful when he first came and didn't get any better and if the coaches (or whoever) couldn't see that then they should pack up. We are stuck with him this season and next. He has no saleable value so to get rid we will have to pay him off. In terms of wasted money it's probably the top of the iceberg but it's all relative. Agreed, I'd rather spend that money on hiring reasonable serving staff for the concourse who aren't all kids and can serve at a decent pace. 1 Quote

Kill two birds with one stone. Have him as 5th choice (or whatever number he is) ‘keeper and train him to serve in the concourse too. 1 Quote
