That looks weak tbf. How the hell is Conway worth a start over Rothwell?

Was that the game where Ray Wilkins was stunned into silence by Kean's post-match interview?
Ha ha yes I think you are right! Think Ray was disgusted that a team supposedly fighting for survival never had an "offensive' attempt over 90 minutes

Remember a good drink close to ground with Rovers supporters. Then amazing match with some players almost fighting with Kean on sidelines; think Nzonzi refused to come on as sub. Defence arguing with 'management' and my neutral mate commenting that we were a 'shambles'. I then went to West Brom away(our last Prem League match?) and we were even worse.
Nah our last 2 away games were against Spuds where we infamously had no attempts at goal despite that tunt saying "Wor stats were good" and then Chelsea away after Wigan sent us down. Seem to remember beating West Brom when Kalinic scored 2 then got sent off and never featured again? May be wrong on that one

Ah I see many thanks. You’d better not read this then, particularly the first meaning

although you did say you were a gobbiner and not a gobbin!
I can remember my great grandmother call us gobbins when me and my brothers were being daft when we where very young.
Ha ha. That's exactly why they were called gobbiners. The mill workers considered the miners uncouth and uneducated

I occasionally visit Gobbiners cafe and wondered where the name came from, could you explain its origins please pal?
If you were born higher up ossy than the lamp outside the library you were a gobbiner. Mainly coal miners. Bottom ossy was cotton

As a Manc is he a Lancastrian or a Manc. Pound to a penny he’s a Manc first and has always been.
Bolton don’t even see Rovers as a rival they’ve traditionally viewed their derbies as Manchester United and Bury.
A manc is a citizen of manchester and Lancastrian. I am from Ossy so am a gobbiner and Lancastrian. Bolton folk are not mancs - they are Boltonians and Lancastrian. By your deluded logic Blackburn is not in Lancashire

Sorry pal but Manchester isnt Lancashire. I couldnt give a toss about whether its a Metropolitan council or not it aint in Lancashire on currents maps. FACT!
Liverpool is Merseyside not Lancashire. Look at a map..
But in all honest does it really matter. We got the points and are 9th. Yes 9th. Only outside top 6 on goals difference. Surely we would have all taken this before the season started?
Sorry pal but you're wrong again as usual. But hey ho nothing new. FACT

Don't be such a cock. Simple as. Manchester is part of Lancashire. Greater Manchester is a Metropolitan Council not administered by LCC. Look at your history books. Simple as.. Oh and Liverpool is not Lancashire? Leeds is West Yorkshire not Yorkshire,? Do your homework first. Simple as

Rubbish.
They're all Lancashire, including the Manchester and Liverpool clubs. Each one is a local derby.
And while Lancaster might be the county town it's never been the "heart" of Lancashire
Absolutely right. The boundaries were changed in 73/74. Means nothing really regards county boundaries. Folk in Bolton, Manchester, Liverpool etc are Lancastrians. Just not governed by LCC. As Blackpool and Blackburn aren't. Lancashire pronounces boundaries on the exit roads from Blackburn

Yes I think I probably did. You are dead right it should of or have followed by a curly thing with a full stop underneath

Are you really telling me not take things so seriously and then correcting spelling. It was just a response to your post nothing serious about it. Just conversation
For goodness sake oldgregg86. What is your problem! I was just saying think yourself lucky you have only seen Jack days and beyond. Oh and btw it should read "correct my spelling". Not "correct spelling" as that refers to a wider misspelling from the posters. Don't take things too seriously!

Maybe so but it doesn't divert away from the point I was making which is Sam Hart isnt good enough to play for rovers and anyone who has seen him play isn't jumping to his defense

Oh don't take every post so seriously! Think yourself lucky you never saw little fat John Barton in goal and John Coddington at left back! World beaters we were!

Honestly pal. In 26 years of watching rovers at all levels I can't remember a player so out of his depth. He will never wear a Rovers shirt again because he is not good enough.
Good God you should have seen some of the shite we had in the late sixties and early seventies. Young Hart would have looked a worldbeater. No offence but you may have been spoilt a bit by Jack!

Yes and make bloody sure you spell sbeptibal with Ks as no-one on here ban say the letter B (ah you mean C)!!!

Bit off topic but why are people saying they are skeptical instead of sceptical? Reminds me of the Monty Python sketch where he cant say the letter B (ah you mean C). Yes. Then use the letter K instead . What you mean spell bolour witth a K. Yes. Kolour. Oh yes why didn't I think of that. What a silly bunt

Two big mistakes come to my mind from me.
1. Dave Wagstaff. Why buy that past it player I thought!
2. Duncan McKenzie. Lazy I thought!
Two of the best I've ever seen at Ewood as it turned out. Unbelievable talent

I thought Brian Kidd would be a revelation at rovers. Made some good signings. Who remembers matty jansen. They were the days.
Aye and Eddie Quigley made a few which looked good on paper but .....

I think you have missed more than one. You obviously have no idea of the game.
"We're all individuals"
'Yes we are all individuals apart from Tyrone"
'WELL Fuck Off then"
And you missed the point totally!
