No need for sarcasm, it's far worse than last season as you well know. -

Some of them have been poor at finishing for 2 or more seasons now so I doubt it. Hopefully someone steps up like Brereton did. -

I don't want to write him off too early as he may not be match fit, but although he had a few moments on Saturday, he didn't impress me. We didn't need another player to develop, we needed a guy to hit the ground running and be our main source of goals. -

After watching the Plymouth match, the Boro match and this evening, I'm very concerned about our lack of strikers. -

When Gallagher went off injured at the weekend it gave us a glimpse of what tonight would bring so I suppose I was expecting a defeat or at best a draw. I think we'll struggle for any manager to stick around with our current transfer policy, and our inability/lack of urgency to sign a quality goalscorer in 3 years. -

The worst move was not signing Batth and instead bringing in another young lad. -

He's not playing them because they are either not good enough or they aren't fit/ready. -

That's his game, and it seems to have worked for him previously. Blame Waggot for such a stupid appointment considering they brought him in, gave him the mandate to do better then gave him a lesser squad and less backing than the man that came before him. Why bring a manager in like Tomasson if you don't have the players to play his way? Because it's a club rudderless making bizarre decisions at odds with each other. Waggott going on about avoiding relegation whilst Broughton talks about wanting Premier League sums it up. On the pitch the biggest problem is they don't score enough goals, and it's been that way a long time before JDT turned up. 22 shots, 6 on target this evening. At the weekend we should have been out of sight before Boro woke up. Plymouth, we dropped points due to awful miss after awful miss in the first 25 mins. -

Yes how dare he sub a player that's not up to it with another player that's not up to it. -

I commented at the end that it felt like we'd lost points due to that linesman putting us under pressure. Took some time to sink in that we'd taken all three points, but it was made far more difficult. 2-1 was flattering to Boro. -

Still having nightmares about that offside goal… -

On way home, should have been 4 or 5 before our players went on strike over that offside goal. -
One thing that stands out is that the ambitions of GB and JDT are completely at odds with Venkys and Waggott.

Saying we have great depth with Leonard, Telalovic, Ennis and Gallagher is a bizarre one.

Venky’s v Indian Government (a)

For most clubs, they could have a good season and sneak up a league through the play offs, for us we'll always have Venkys making sure we don't. JDT won't stick around wasting his precious time and he's the only one keeping the club from going the opposite way. Without him we're more likely to go back down to L1 than the PL. Even with him as he's not a miracle worker. -

Same with myself and my Dad. Used to sit right in the middle of the Riverside so had a good view of Kean brazenly taking the club for everything he could. -

Sadly the club is further away from the PL than it's ever been. -

They've brought shame and decay to the club since they arrived. -

A bit of light within the darkness. An unknown in this league yet, but Zak Gilsenan looks the real deal. If players like Dolan keep underperforming I hope JDT throws ZK in the mix. Looks an exciting player. -

Probably because the entire team at various stages made sure it was a silly 3 points thrown away, when within the first 20 we should have been coasting to a win. As someone said, they were lethargic after half an hour. And we know it'll keep happening with some players. -
Should be winning it, since 1995 we've been told it's as simple as buying the title.

Fingers crossed on Wahlstedt being good. Fine. I remain unconvinced by Wharton (though hope he can turn it around), don't know about Hill, I'm not entirely convinced by Carter and if Hyam gets injured I think we're screwed. Ffs. Travis inconsistent. Tronstad has looked disappointing, but hopefully he gets up to speed. Garrett and Wharton too young to pin any hopes on. Ffs. Szmodics good on his day, don't know about Moran yet. No idea about Sigurdsson. Dolan, ffs. Ffs. If Tomasson can get that team in the play offs he's a miracle worker not a football manager. When your CEO states publicly that the aim for this season is to remain in this league, after missing out on the play offs by goal difference, you know the club is just going through the motions. What a message to send to the suits, the players and the coaching staff. -

13th place after 5 games will seem like dizzy heights at the end of the season. The caveat being unless Leo is a super keeper and Semir is a super striker. -

He’s irked about the lack of a signing, not him going on loan.
