Sacking him may not help with this squad but his 60th minute 3 player psycho subfest every match doesn't help. He also seems insistent on them tapping the ball around more than they should when some players clearly aren't able.

As we've discovered with JDT and Eustace, they clearly won't appoint someone who questions their ineptitude. Just like the owners won't employ a CEO, director of football and whatever Suhail is who will question theirs. It's just yes men employing yes men.

I've only seen it once but it looked as if Henrikson was able to block that shot but he was asleep.

His record at Derby is slightly worse than VI's is here though VI has had less games. It's probably only Rovers keeping them out of the relegation zone that's saving him from the sack at the moment. Edit: I got this wrong as the percentages I looked at didn't include todays loss. Ismael is now slightly behind Eustace's Derby win %.
