It's off. There's no way that a couple of lads unenthusiastically rolling the pitch is going to do much in this weather.

It's because generally the team plays a decent game. The problem is that the manager then gets giddy with his subs and tactics in the last 30 minutes which undo all the efforts.

His decision making has a consistently negative impact on the team. Terrible record, 18th place and game in hand gone. Brings on a lightweight inexperienced winger with no clue of how to defend a lead when there are two fullbacks with much more experience of this league to choose from... Again and again. He needs to go.

I was meaning his subs, when he signed for Rovers his previous clubs fans said he was atrocious with subs. I recall on a Watford forum someone saying, you're playing well then he subs on 3 players at 60 minutes, with no thought given to the quality or position of said players, and then you have 30+ minutes of defending attack after attack when he's fucked up the gameplan.

That wasn't luck, it was the arrogant prick in the dugout thinking that repeating the same mistake over and over will somehow yield a positive result.

He needs to have a word with himself. He's been like this at his previous clubs according to their clubs fans.

Manager fucked it up but we were the better team, again. He keeps doing it, we need rid or he'll take us down. Reminds me very much of Coyle but combined with the more bonkers decision making of Mowbray. And we should have had the 3 points the first time we played this game.
