Does anyone know who we are supposed to be signing today? Reading Mowbray’s comments sounds like there is more than one incoming. Im thinking someone for the future... a youngster to develop and someone to cover Samuel... maybe Chapman too.

I’m hearing that the owners want to invest and have big plans for the club. They are showing real intent to move the club onwards and Brereton is part of that process! Hopefully this all comes off!

I was having that exact same thought. Put a couple of meager bids in, which we know won’t be accepted, to keep the fans occupied.

The home kit may well have been decided last year. It’s hardly worth getting upset about. It’s only one kit. I have met Waggot at the players celebration at ewood. I chatted with him about the club and he was genuinely open and honest about our prospects. I really like the guy and he has only good intentions for the club!

So we haven’t signed anyone. We aren’t close to signing anyone. In fact we were offered a larger budget from the owners and Mowbray refused it and the window shuts in a couple of weeks. I am starting to struggle here. I have yet again renewed my season ticket with blind hope and optimism only to now have that dashed by any real ambitious signings.
