  1. A draw and we are 3 points off play offs with a better goal difference
  2. Wait til after the game. You know it!
  3. I know people would still be in meltdown, but with results as they are I would certainly be happy with a point.
  4. This could easily run away from us now. We aren't good at turning games around
  5. All about the result now. Come on lads ,we deserve a bit of cheer
  6. I'm tempted to get it in. Probably not on tik late though. Must check. Id say Moxley and Jericho will be an epic story
  7. Put that in your pipe and smoke it Sharpe!!!!!
  8. And for all the talent they have, the main even of WM will be Goldberg v Reigns. Unbelievable. Say nothing yet though,it might be a 3 way with Corbin by the time we get there!
  9. Murphy is one shit name for a wrestler too. Is he a stereotypical Irish cop in a movie based in the states? Murphy like. ?
  10. Sounds like SS was a huge mess. I was a huge WCW fan when Goldberg was at his peak. It's just a bit silly now doing the same shtik. Certainly not the man to stop the fiend anyway As I said though ,undertaker burying Styles is wrong on so many levels.
  11. I haven't watched it,but I'm annoyed by what happened with the Undertaker and Styles. Styles needs to be winning that match at WM.
  12. If Gallagher isn't playing on the wing, why isn't he in the box more?
  13. I don't see why Le tissier or Cantona should be ahead of Roy Keane. Great players and their time will come, but how could they be ahead of someone who captained a club to title after title
  14. Ah,I would say they have some concerns and worries, to be fair. Your description of the roles they are asked to play is bang on ,but I think that's down to the quality of players. The two you mention could score when played there. It's a case of winning the ball and beating a man or two. I just find the players are very conservative with their passing. The lack of urgency does my head in. I won't mention the Joe Allen incident the other night again.
  15. Varying success. Ya,I prefer my wingers to do winger things too. We don't do that.
  16. Most teams that go up have 1 or 2 players that are better than everyone else. Scoring goals from positions that most others can't. Positions our players are in. Obviously there are some teams with great systems too, Sheffield United last season ,but there are many examples of teams who went up because they had some lad who stuck it top corner 11 times in a season, but then never done that again again. Without that you're in a shoot out with the other average team's. Players are so fit now they even each other out a lot, all fit ,all running. Armstrong was/is in that category at the moment and you need that to go up. The problem is he is a marked man now.
  17. It clearly hasn't worked out for Chapman. I just felt we needed someone doing that Dutfesque bit of magic the other night Ya, Nyambe needs someone with a bit of experience to play balls round the side of defender and get him right in behind the defence. He needs to be a bit braver with his runs forward though and more shots!
  18. Time will tell. Look I wanted a centre half, but I do also understand it's not easy to sign someone decent to sit on the bench and wait for their chance. We could have got someone in alright, but what if Nyambe was better than them? He will hopefully do well there. If the defensive frailties lay bare again, only one man will need to answer for them
  19. We don't have Dack I suppose. All games at this level are tight. We are doing well, controlled the game the other night. The reason why the teams above us are winning is from little bits of magic from players that do what others can't. Armstrong has that sweet left foot from range in the locker now,but he was swarmed against Stoke. He's a marked man now, different battle field. Dack is a little terrier, scraps and fights no matter who is on him to get a goal. Feckin hell, we could do with that. I think Armstrong will find a way. He almost escaped from a pack of Stoke players the other evening, if he made it there would have been a lot of space and unmarked teammates. He was very close to escaping. Small margins.
  20. If he started Saturday and did badly, who would you blame? I don't think Mowbray trusts him. Something has happened there alright. The way he left and who he left too was odd,no doubt. I don't think we know the full story at all.
  21. I know,I know I mean you could be right,it could be ploy to have his contract ended early to get a free transfer. He needs to play though to get a good one. Maybe him and Mowbrays falling out is deeper than we know, a possibility. I remember though near the end of his time here,he was liable for a fair few goals, let's be honest. IIt could just be that Mowbray doesn't trust him. He hasn't played in a long time. I think Wigan fans thought he did ok though
  22. I think we have bigger issues to ask about than "calling him out" on that. Either way, what has it got to do with Mowbray? He was happy for Mulgrew to leave. It was the latter who wanted to come back. It's up to Mulgrew to force his way into the team and at first, the squad.
