  1. We could win it. I reckon a hammering off United Thursday would help too. Either way, a game for them them potentially gives us a bit of an advantage. 0 in 4 would certainly be bad,but it's still all to play for.
  2. Ah no I wouldn't agree with that hypothesis either. Le Tissier was magic and he certainly kept them up a few seasons because of that. He will get into the hall of fame soon enough I would imagine, but not in the first 2. I'm predicting Shearer, who must be a cert and Keane. I wouldn't be surprised if they went Henry though. Gerrard would probably be in if he won it. You could see Giggs I suppose either. I would be a bit surprised if Shearer or Keane don't get it though. More than surprised if Shearer didn't. Actually, am I being biased about Shearer? He is a cert, isn't he?
  3. It's fine if you changed your mind about him. You can just say that.
  4. I assumed on a football message we weren't discussing their personalities. You were critical of his management, very critical, but you think he's a nice guy. Do I have that correct? Ok then.
  5. Good question. At this stage, with his lack of game time and after having watched him play with Rodwell last season, a Mulgrew Tosin pairing would be an unmitigated disaster. In my opinion.
  6. Playing a lot of Nioh, really like it. Got it free on PS plus Red dead, I am plodding along. I like it, but I am playing it slowly, like the game itself. Always planning on getting back to Persona 5, but hasn't happened in a while
  7. Very exciting stuff. Will be on that when I get home
  8. Ya, Preston too. Stranger things happen practically every weekend in the Championship.
  9. Ya,he's a good wrestler for sure. Really,I was saying that should happen! Although I have read that he has resigned with WWE......
  10. I take your points, but Mulgrew there gives me a panic attack. Him and Tosin would be Shite.
  11. Is this post just to disagree with Chaddy? Walton has had some great games and when he has little to do,appears to keep his concentration and deals with stuff as well. "He isn't worth 500,000" You are surely on the wind up?
  12. You changed your view on McCarthy so, because you were very critical.
  13. Wow https://www.thesun.ie/sport/football/5157608/anthony-stokes-ireland-celtic-arrested-gatwick/
  14. Especially when it was on Styles, someone who I would imagine will be back in the main event scene at some point, along with being arguably the best wrestler of the last decade. Could they not have had a relatively competitive match between Lesner and say Bobby Lashley, then stick Richoet in that piss trophy(Sorry, but that's what it looked like) spectacular and have him buried by the Undertaker? There is no saving it, but I would imagine they might turn Goldberg heel. Although, not sure how that will work. I just find Reigns SO BORING To me a Randy Orton, Broken Matt Hardy and Edge storyline, with a blow off for a world title at WM would be box office.
  15. I wonder will Goldberg actually wrestle on Smackdown before WM? The whole thing is so stupid. They basically had Seth try and murder the fiend in a cage before he kicked out. Yet Grandpa Goldberg hits the spear and a whackhammer and that's it. Like if it was the Rock, I would be like "ya , ok fair enough, he's box office". As I said though, it isn't even Goldberg winning that I find most stupid, it's putting him in a feud with Reigns. I didn't watch it last week, who is the heel? I watched some of SS. The Undertaker and AJ styles stuff was worse than I dared imagine. He wasn't even in the bloody match and 1 shitty chokeslam? Are they on drugs?
  16. Ya, I am sure you have watched plenty of Southampton games with Le Tisser playing. It's on your Sunday evening rotation I imagine. You need to get a few Man united games on when you get a chance. This Roy Keane guy I'm talking about is pretty good. If you like Travis, you will love him.
  17. Yes Chaddy, I have looked at these lists. Is that ok with you? I know you just go off "Chaddy vision" Anyways, Le Tissier over Keane, get out of it-crazy talk. We will see who gets on first anyway. I am pretty confident I know who will.
  18. Chaddy go and look at the top Premier league players lists from any source you like. Le tissier isn't ahead of Keane on any I have seen, in fact he is barely in any top 10s.
  19. ? Whilst Le Tissier did indeed score a lot of incredible goals, I have even read the case made that Southampton might have been better off if he had have moved on. His work ethic was renowned, for the wrong reasons..
  20. So Le Tissier saved Southampton all by himself, but Keane he was "part of the team" who won the leagues? You're a gas man. It's not a "who scored the best goals of the Premier league" competition. Le Tissier should get in at some stage, but to say he should be one of the first ahead of Keane(or numerous others) is just silly.
  21. It was constant worry and stress with Raya every time a cross came in. How many times would he end up juggling it and making hard work of it? Much calmer with Walton there.
  22. I would put Williams in if fit. I think we will need Johnson in CM. Nyambe at RB would be ideal...
  23. Totally. If he doesn't start or at least get 30 min against Derby, you would have to criticize the managers line of thought. Although if we won, I would let it slide!
  24. I'm not Bennetts biggest fan, but I don't think Johnson is quick enough.
