Iv'e been biting my lip on this for a while but HYam has been absolute gash this season he is way overrated here on the back of a handful of good performances over a season and a half.

The thing you need from a centre half is consistency and organisation and he's never delivered either.

I rate him, put him in a decent side with a solid keeper and you have a top championship CB.

He will have a successful career no doubt but His methods aren't working for us. Seems too stubborn to change his ideas. How long should he get

He won't. He might do well at a massive club in Scandinavia or Scotland but he won't go on to a standard club and have them be very successful. Too meek and too stubborn.

  3. Anyone calling for the manager out be careful because soon the pro Tomasson crew will appear and absolve him of all blame. Normally happens after full time.

Injuries, owners, the weather, conspiracy, referees, whatever the case we are lucky to have him apparently. He is fat too naive even getting dealt a poor hand you really want more and a smarter approach. Shit owners and a limited/naive manager aren't mutually exclusive. You can have both.

It does look like a lot of players have mentally checked out. They might be running around still, but it doesn't look like they're thinking, much less have any confidence, about what they're doing.

They are not arsed for the manager. He is out of his depth when the going gets tough, players and fans have copped it.
