  1. Stats from 24/25 McLoughlin is the first set Batth the second. Not hugely different so stats suggest we are getting a player at least as good as what we have lost 🤷🏻‍♂️
  2. Scrap what I just said, Batth is right footed 🤣🤣 senior moment there
  3. Not sure why you’d want Batth, McLoughlin and Wharton as all left footed centre backs in the team 🥴 we wouldn't be signing McLoughlin if we still had Batth Grand scheme of things McLoughlin is younger, quicker and better on the ball good signing in my opinion 💪
  4. Huh?? He can leave his wife and stay here!!!
  5. 3million for Brittain and I think they will accept! Replacing is a worry if we are not reinvesting monies received 😬 but IF they replace with Cody Drameh it wouldn’t be the worst he's a decent player and certainly quicker than Brittain which is what VI is after……..every cloud maybe? 🤷🏻‍♂️
  6. Why does it necessarily have to be a Travis replacement?. We know how important it is to have a strong squad in the Championship and this has been half of our issue that we never have a decent bench to try and change games. This could mean we are selling Buckley, Rankin-Costello, Garrett? Our main midfield four options to start with could be Tronstad, Travis, Tavares & Mannsverk - not dreadful by any means with a couple of youngsters under these four. Nothing to suggest we are selling Travis aside from lazy journalism linking him to Derby and Tronstad has said himself he wants to stay. We are more likely to let Travis walk for free next year than sell him this year. For now he is under contract for this coming season.
  7. Did Nicko actually break a true story with this signing? 🤣🤣
  8. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying the fella doesn’t work hard on the pitch but I just can’t see what he offers in terms of warranting a big pay rise if that’s what he is after. He played well in a really poor Championship in terms of standard last season. Being box to box as you say means contributing at the top end of the pitch Rovers are hugely lacking in creativity and Travis’s attacking stats are woeful. If we are looking at this Kleersmacker bloke to be fair he had more goals, assists and far less bookings so more readily available for selection. Could actually be a good replacement on paper
  9. Am I the only one who actually wouldn’t give Travis anymore money than he is already on? Yeah ok he runs around, so does Mo Farah! We have Tronstad who is better at breaking up play there’s no need for two defensive sitting midfielders. Travis doesn’t score, doesn’t assist & gets booked constantly My opinion sell to the highest bidder
