I don't recall them playing together many times, a very quick skim through some of our games and I found the 4 - 0 win over Coventry, but I'm sure there's more.

We need to start with a stronger midfield than we've played over the last couple of games. Kaminski Nyambe Lenihan Wharton Douglas Trybull Johnson Elliot Holtby Rothy Arma Only aware of BB being added to the list of injuries, so two DM's and 3 attacking players in front of them. Ayala didn't look that good last game, so Wharton back in. We need to be faster out of the blocks, Barnsley and Millwall were poor showings where we lost the midfield battle, but we won the games. We can't play gally and Ben as wingers, but I wonder if we started them both in a 442, maybe in the cup. You never know..... ?

Not a great first half. Three up front really leaves us lacking legs in midfield. Gally off, Rothy on. Commentator said bell has been here 4 years, please get a replacement soon Tony.

Poor decision to drop Rothwell unless it's based on 'the science' of how many minutes a player should play. Elliot needs to turn up as does Bell. Blend doesn't sit well, we could get over run in midfield again, just like Barnsley. Hope I'm proved wrong. Come on Rovers

Early days yet, but Kaminski is looking like the real deal, my worry now is whether we keep hold of him?

Phew, tough game but looked better with Johnson and gally. Bell is truly awful at defending. Anyway, no complaints with the result.

Can't ask for any more than that. Excellent performance and never looked in doubt. We're so much better with Holtby and Rothwell playing. Well done Rovers
