  1. That word is bandied about way too much. David Dunn is not a Rovers legend.
  2. Which is impossible to do, especially in the later rounds due to the revenue sharing agreements.
  3. FLB, the language was exageratted to make a point. Persoanlly, Im looking forward to Derbyshire and Billy Sharp up front, and Haestadd in the middle of the park next season
  4. Because certain quarters are hailing him as the next Alan Shearer, a problem which exists whereby younger players are overhyped and then unavoidably fail to deliver. Having seen Matt numerous times, for the reserves and for Great Harwood he delivers pace, awareness and vision. His problem, and Ive said this for the past 2 years, is that he simply cannot shoot. I have also said, that shooting is possibly the easiest of the above skills to teach. But what do I know, Ive only seen him dozens of times, lets leave it to Wikipedia boy.
  5. No. I trust Wiki as much as I trust, say, some internet troll.
  6. The linesman flagged Rooney to be offside, who then promptly went to argue with the linesman. In the meantime, the referee went to Sodje who alledgedly pulled the shirt of an offside player, and booked him, resulting in him being sent off.
  7. The 5 mins against Liverpool wasnt far off, I made it 4mins 30seconds. Wasnt Ronaldo offside for United's third as well?
  8. Someone said in this thread that Birmingham and Rovers had entered into an agreement that he wouldnt play.....
  9. Attempting to fix the public services costs money Gordo, you should know that.
  10. Apparently. Although I am sure I heard the commentators say during the Fulham v West Ham match that they player who was given the 5th booking would miss the match on the 30th - so Im not 100% sure.
  11. There was one person who didnt get in from Ewood Blues I believe, couldnt walk when they got off the coach apparently.
  12. So Nonda plays like a trooper for the rest of the month, having perhaps adapted better to the Premier League and puts in some very decent performance (like he did yesterday) We send him back?
  13. He's recovered from that injury and was due to play last night in their postponed trip to Tranmere.
  14. I think Im gooing soft or something. Ive agreed with bluephil AND drog in the space of 24 hours. Call me a doctor.
  15. I think its more likely to be that I promise not to take her to the home tie!!!
  16. Yeah, like thats gonna happen after Feyenoord.
  17. This is going to hurt. But all bar the bit of Moko, I agree with you.
  18. Are you sure? I think there are a multitude of reasons that the "English Disease" has been irradicated from the game in this country. The Taylor report is only a tiny percentage of that (If in fact any at all)
