That poll in the other thread made me realise we DO live in the worst timeline. Looking at the world in general is though enough. That list made it so much worse. Oh how we have fallen. Ended up voting for Gerrard, but it could have been any of them except Big Sam and Warnock as I don’t see them as realistic. But come on! Not even one (1!) name on that list that makes me go «You know…this could actually work out!». It’s just a picture of the sorry state of football these days. Then again you never know in this business and miracles do happen in football. Most important of all is too keep the players playing for the fans - not fancy new ideas. West Brom game was a thing of beauty in that regard. I’ll try to stay hopeful for the rest of the season, but Venkys & co is making it really, really hard. Just give us a decision before march at least!

What a performance from Gueye. So happy for him and hope there is more to come. Otherwise great performances all over really, and a solid reminder why we were so fed up with Mowbray in the end. Just brilliant!

I’ve always enjoyed your overly positive posts for what they are, chaddyrovers, but looking at your reactions last week has me really worried. You are usually the one to find light where there is only darkness….even if it is actually dark. Hope something happens that will bring that over the top positivity back to you, mate.
