I have a gut feel we are already being primed for Johno to take over first team management with Mowbary stepping upstairs in a DoF role. If this means Damien integrating our seemingly very talented youth into our first team I am all for it. Nothing I would like better than our first team to be made up of mostly top notch academy lads, A la early 90's Utd lot. No one has even suggested he was utter shite, just that he has gaping holes! in his all round game, important are those qualities he is lacking. Some think they can be coached into him others such as my self are doubtful of that. To me we all have a little bit of fondness for Raya and I am sure wish him well we just need a better all round keeper. If we lose a little in the cat like reflexes so be it but it's crucial your keeper can claim a cross and not run out of his goal to flatten a striker who is going nowhere.
