Lucky to go up with 96 points, 10 points more than 3rd.
Give over lad, we played in fits and starts, 10 minutes of dack was enough to win most matches, we didn’t play good football, we were lucky to have enough players that were too good for the division rather than tactical brilliance, it was also a poor league that year,
if we go down it won’t be as easy.
we had a great chance the last time to bed in some youngsters with the experienced heads and get a real exciting team but no we used crap tactics and loans like that Swedish nobody. Did us no favours in the long run

They are everything we should have been after lge 1 promotion but we had a set of dollopers running the show who were actually getting backed with cash but choosing to tell the owners woa slow down.
Never forgive them for that they really weren't the heroes they were made out to be and the biggest tit of the lot is still riding the gravy train.
We were never doing that under Mowbray, we were playing shit football in league 1, lucky to go up imo

Summed it up the last few minutes when we needed to score, we mess up a corner and don’t get it in the mire, we launch high balls to our tiny striker who was bought for peanuts and has shown next to nothing to suggest he would get us a late winner, in fact he didn’t even get a game for Aberdeen, our 37 year old free transfer has the touch of an elephant to give them an opportunity to launch it towards our goal where we have the goalkeeper who is scared of the ball in nets.
thanks venkys you absolute rats.

That was horrendous in all honesty

This is so frustrating

Still no zip, it’s turgid

We have been down this path before, really am starting to accept relegation

Nothing creative about this team

This is nervy

Would he want to stay here if we go down.
i don’t blame him at all in this, yes it’s nervy times but the blame was January window.
leaving a midfield of Moran and Buckley is negligence imo , could all have been avoidable

Venkys deserve relegation, the fans don’t
I can’t stand the thought of league 1 again, as much as some of you are saying yes but it might be the end of venkys, there is absolutely no guarantee of that , I don’t believe it is the best thing for the club

These other results are fcking me right off, yes we aren’t doing ourself any favours but feels like the relegation year where teams below started becoming world beaters

Nicked points here and there are helpful but it’s three points we need to get us safe, quite simply we need at least 2 wins in our next 3
-
Brittain does a lot well but he does a lot not well to counter it, he is a poor passer
-
I was one that predicted a battering but bloody hell that was a performance for the ages, absolutely terrific every single one of them, including plenty I have absolutely lamented- looking at you pears.
we don’t get that result under jdt I’m sorry, eustace is an absolute steal for us , keeps things simple. Newcastle are a better team than us, compact the middle and hit on the break, it’s simple, but it was so effective.
im actually not too bothered about getting put out, need to focus on the league and our injury list , we went out on a high. Shows you what ewood should be like- 5

Mcfadz looks like the perfect half season signing to me. Hes been so good, and offers exactly what we need.

Win, lose, draw. It all leaves me cold. Looks like I'm not the only one given that there's just thirteen pages here.
When's the next court hearing?
Your right, I know quite a few that said they were done after that January window fiasco , I include myself in that but I just can’t walk away as much as it would probably do me good. But it’s hard to be positive when we are trying to swim up against the tide while having an anchor tied to our legs. We may well survive this season but next season looks bleak. We all know we are kicking the can down the road and more problems are ahead

Not too disappointed with a point but we are going to need to churn out a few wins to get us from looking nervously over our shoulder

The thing is---will we be just be strung along again?
Escape relegation, look forward to a decent transfer window, listen to the exciting plans from the club and then?
A big, fat nothing is my guess. There's only so much you can take.
Last chance saloon this summer Rovers. If we stay up that is.
I don’t expect a good window in the summer, I don’t think we have hit rock bottom yet which is crazy when you think of all that’s gone before

The only thing eustace can be judged on at the moment is keeping us in the league
after that we can worry about summer transfers and styles of football
I’m still nervy as although there is a fair few teams between us at that last relegation spot, they are all capable of stringing some results together, it’s making sure we win the games we need to win
i hope now we are back at home the waggot out chants and banners return as since we have had 3 away it feels like the absolute mess behind the scenes is just being forgotten about again. Nobody is taking accountability for that January window

Got to score that at the end for a totally unfair point but that’s what gets you away from trouble
-
This hasn’t been good sadly
so so many poor performances, hyam, brittain, the left back, hedges, Dolan, garrett

Lucky in that there was little quality in the league that year,
lucky in that we had a squad of some quality that wanted to right the wrongs that next season- Graham, mulgrew ….
lucky that we could afford to bag the best player in the league- dack
need to look at the bigger picture I’m afraid
