I predicted mid table at the start of the season based on our squad .
But after 12 games gone and having watched the league and see how it gone for us I think this current squad could and get top 6 if we keep most of best 11 players fit. But I also feel that the January transfer window will be crucial for us in determining where we finish this season.
a good finish? top half
I think we should part ways with Mowbray whatever happens this season unless he achieve promotion. I would like to new younger manager/Head coach in change
We achieve promotion we definitely part ways !!

Did anybody hear the rumour doing the rounds yesterday about the cost of getting Brereton back for his fifteen minute cameo yesterday? The rumour suggested that a private jet brought him back from Chile, he is in rented accommodation over Chorley way and a hired luxury vehicle with perspex screens was used to ferry him to Ewood and back. The same vehicle will be used to take him to London and back next week. It was said the total cost would be £85k.
As I said it's a rumour going around so don't shoot the messenger.
Ben flew back in a private jet with five other European based Chile players so im sure sure the cost would have been split.

I agree there Pete. Good offer by the club and trying to get the fans back.
I would have like to see next Saturday home game against Coventry match prices drop to 15 pounds game for all areas and try to get fans back within Ewood Park for this game.
November 6th v Sheff Utd all tickets are priced at £14-60
Finally, as we look forward to celebrating the club’s 146th birthday next month, Rovers will be running a special anniversary ticket promotion for our home game against Sheffield United on Saturday November 6th, with adult tickets priced at just £14.60 throughout the stadium.
The club hopes to attract a bumper crowd to the game, which will also be our annual Diwali and Remembrance Day fixture, as we celebrate our long and illustrious history as one of the most successful town teams in the country.

It’s a difficult one with Burnley, I’ve a lot of mates that support them and some of their fans are absolutely obsessed with us and were quick to dance on our grave and enjoy every second of our demise, so, for me, those fans can go fornicate themselves.
With that being said, I wouldn’t want fans of any football club to suffer fundamentally, as we are all football fans, we just follow different teams.
After 1987 when every Rovers fan was praying and ready to dance on their grave hoping that Burnley would not beat Leyton Orient and slip out of the football league and probably never recover you really cant blame them K-Hod!
Chuck in the 'staying down forever banner ' in 1991 ..we ll never ever get any sympathy for our predicament off Burnley fans...they simply despise us!
What goes around ..comes around ..

I went on one called “ The Bee Hole End “. Last night there wasn’t a mention of the series and we’re on episode 3.
Yes same one ...on Up The Clarets.
Fever Pitch is on but on Page 7! Sept 7th .. ..obviously not to their liking !

I went on the dingle site just to see what their feelings were regarding “ Fever Pitch “, the history of the early days of the Premier League. Guess what - this excellent programme doesn’t even get one mention. As far as the dingles are concerned it doesn’t exist. There’s plenty of chat about tonight’s “ Panorama “ programme about young players but “ Fever Pitch “ ? Not a flicker.
Rovers winning the big one must still rankle over there.
Which forum Tyrone?
Definitely on their main forum UTC Tyrone ,has its own thread but way down the topic board. Although some posts do come with a Health Warning that the second episode contains footage of those bastids down the M65...so avoid !
Fever Pitch... The Rise of the Premier League - (uptheclarets.com) Page 7
Another topic that caught my eye was reluctance of clubs reluctant to announcing gate attendances in the PL. Under instruction from Sky maybe as football attendances seem to be falling ?

Cold light of day a decent point against a Barnsley side most on here who think are better than us this season and also think we re nailed on relegation certs.

All points to a 1-1.
Would be nice to get a win there though we've been shite at Oakwell the past few times I've been.
1-1 for me too ..in fact my first time away at Barnsley it ended 1-1 in 1986 . Scott Sellars penalty !
This is a picture of the Rovers away end on that very day with the new Disabled fans building? to the left in the corner.
Pretty grim Barnsley back then ..remember seeing all the coal mining wheels dotted about in the distance something id never seen before adding to grimness !

I am still unclear on the aim.
Is it to hold the 4 to account for reasons for their incompetence purely from a transparency point of view, with a view for them to carry on and learn from the mistakes that they have made? And look for solutions working with them?
Is it to hold them responsible with a view that they all resign? Which wouldnt happen surely.
Or is it with a view to hold them responsible to the point whereby the fact that they are not doing a good enough job is highlighted, which id agree with, in which case surely the owners should be the target?
The issue is in India. I admire the motivation and passion but just a little confused by the aim and direction.
i think its blatantly obvious what Rovers Clitheroe is doing by posting this here ..hes posting what the majority of fans are thinking ..to get at least one of the senior figures on a pedestal and answer a few uncomfortable questions and reasons why things havent panned out as senior figures were quite vocal in what would happen ..certainly transfer wise.
If it makes at least one senior figure squirm ..its a start. Not hard to understand 99..

Not miss quotes, potential miss interpretation, yes. Good player is Buckley, in the first team, pushing for starts, been here since he was 6, in my eyes hes a legend.
Ah ..so you quoted people wrong ..thank god for realising. Well done. Got there in the end.

Yea im sure, glad you liked my comments enough to take notice. If letting Buckley know that I think hes a legend and giving him some Rovers love is 'trying to get his attention' then im an attention seeking whore. Now Howie, trying to bait somone across a message board is pretty sad, have you got some insecurities?
Obviously touched a nerve.. insecure ? ! Hard to miss when your name kept cropping up every 30 seconds for your love of the "Legend" that goes by the name Bucko ..then you come on here and quote people completely wrong ..
Legend ?? you should be banned for even saying that ..just wait till i tell Sparks ..😂
