With Adam's sale they now have some money to pay him off.

talking of parasite agents , that ennis deal sounds like agents getting some chunk . How else do you explain someone paying 500 k for ennis ?
See my post on Ennis thread

According to BBC Ennis has signed a two and a half year deal with Stoke. Bearing in mind he still had three and a half years left on his rovers contract looks like the entire transfer fee and then some more will go on paying off that extra year.

I can’t see any incomings, they would of been announced, I’m guessing Pune has gone silent

can take comfort Thiago Silva in the league above is 39
That's a Brazilian international!!!

Strongly suspect the 12th march court hearing won't happen now if Adam's transfer goes through particularly bearing in mind Venkys have to place an equivalent sum in a bond for any funds sent over. They will just use the transfer monies to fund the club for the next nine months.

Getting flashbacks to Wes Brown with this 37 year old Centre half.

Ipswich bought Ali Al Hamidi from Wimbledon perhaps curtails their interest in Sam Gallagher

Draw is on the Sunday so will know who it is before our game

More likely £2.6 m. Obviously £26m is a ridiculous figure that makes no sense for a business with a £15m turnover and a £20m wage bill.
That £2.6 million is less than was included for 3 months tax in the October release of funds

Expect further problems with the web site and phone lines before too long

Could it not be part of the confirmation statement dated 13th October? (Venky London Limited)
Or is that date too early in October (I can’t remember the court date)
That statement just confirms there are just over 219 million shares in existence at that date. When there have been previous monies pumped in through allocation of new shares it has been described as such.

Companies house will be the first alert of it probably because once it's on there you at least know it's true.
The October tranche of funds is not on companies house. Perhaps because they are not creating additional shares with these transfers.

How would that affect Crystal Palace's transfer strategy?
Not for the first time a buying club could have been asked to keep their bid quiet for a period of time
-
No coincidence news of this bid emerges hours after the court hearing in India

Cant imagine Balaji waddling out the courtroom to make a call to Blackburn to give us the green light on splashing the cash somehow.
Won't even be there far too many other important things to do with his time.

Are you confident that whoever negotiated for us had the foresight to insist on such a clause?
NO

The next hearing will conveniently be scheduled in towards the end of the summer window too, so there'll be nothing to see there either.
Get those wankers out of our club.
The next hearing will be towards the end of April and then the one in July. The judge doesn't trust Venkys to let it go longer than three months.

Well that puts paid to me walking on on Monday evening. Does this also mean the side window for collections will also be shut?

We're signing the bloke on the left.
Looks like a no nonsense centre half. JDT said he wanted experience.

Something tells me that, if it costs £150 to be a mascot and you have to provide your own kit & players aren’t allowed to swap shirts, or they get fined, our transfer budget will be buttons….
There were 8 mascots yesterday so that's £1200 in the pot.

The thing I was wondering was, it seems to be widely reported that the Court approved £11m worth of funding last time.
What period did that cover and why are we having to go back only 3 months or so later? At the same rate that equates to £44m p.a. Worth of funding rather than the £20m its accepted they put in.
Very nearly £7 million was for wages and salaries including tax for October to December. So now we need more funding for wages and salaries January to march.
That *was* the January Window

The problem with these last minute deals is that if they are not tied up by 6 pm our time due to the time difference with India the raos have gone to bed with do not disturb hanging outside the door
