What I should have said was to further promote Ladies football at the club, my mistake. Also, I don’t need “spoon feeding” by you or anyone else on matters regarding our club. I comment on issues I fully understand and have an interest in, not to be deliberately vindictive or controversial. Do you think the club invited the BBC & ITV or was it the other way round?

What a great opportunity for Rovers to promote Ladies football at the club on the back of that momentous victory. No doubt though that Waggott & Co will look at it, shrug their shoulders and say “Well, they don’t even play for us anymore”. And we move on.
