Not really a fair post as this is no different to how he is on all interviews. The most laughable thing in that interview is the interviewer him self saying “why not” to JDT comments saying you cannot concede that late in the way we did as if he was playing…maybe a chance for him to say “it was Lewis travis fault as he should of f**kin cleared first time”.

I’m rooting for JDT I really am but I just can’t help think something is missing and my god I’ve not felt this depressed watching us since the couple/kean days. We win games and it makes me give JDT a chance to think he could be soemthing but when we loose it’s like the lowest feeling…tbh even when we win I’m not convinced. I’m hoping it’s a slow burner and with a few new players in and getting rid of the deadwood we may become dominent in games…Next summer will be interesting as I don’t think we will do anything in January. Either way we sit 3rd which is the mentalist thing ever.

Not sure why people are going mad about us not playing our best players. Imagine the up roar of Diaz plays and gets injured? We need to focus on the league! No argument there really.

I think everyone wants to see A Wharton progress but he really is making it easy for JDT to not play him in the league.

I have every confidence in the midfield & even Hirst…not so much the back line. A Wharton & Garrett masterclass incoming.

I’d say we will be seeing him against Forest. Hopefully a game he can show us what he’s capable of!

Yeah, would love to see a A Wharton/ Buckley in the middle. On their day that would be probably the best CM duo in the league.

Travis needs to be dropped! He slows us down and has defiantly been the weak link this season for us. The master of a backward pass… Get some fresh young bodies in there. I will be furious if A Wharton doesn’t make the squad.

Lewis travis truely is an awful player! Strip him of his captaincy and remove him from every starting 11 moving forward. Midfield non existent…Again! Where the hell is A Wharton?!? Its a good job a win for England will completely change my mood because this is the lowest I’ve felt being a rovers fan for a long time.

Only 4 league games this season where I think we’ve played okay/well. Blackpool away Watford Home Rotherham Home Hull away. Yet here we are sat 3rd in this crazy league with one of the lowest XG…No way is this sustainable and something has to change before our “luck” runs out…or even worse when our only goal threat leaves for free next summer!

Agreed, usually it’s an excuse to say to rest them due to up & coming games…We’ve now got a months rest so it makes zero sense. I’d of started Both today.
