I’ve never ever been a fan of Mowbray. If he took us up I’d still want him out. He’s so far out his depth it’s unreal. His treatment to some players have been diabolical and spending 12 million on two of the worst strikers I’ve see says it all. Guys if we beat boro 10-0 on sat I’ll still want him out.

And I was the one laughing when we signed Downing. Lads quality and I bet he feels like he’s playing with a bunch of school children.

This will be the end for Mowbray. I now predict a 3-1 defeat. Nobbers need the win if they’re to get in the playoffs. We will be nowhere near so I fear a hammering. I would take it if it’s enough to get rid of TM.

Been praying for 18months. That little winning run we went on didn’t change my opinion on him. We need a fresh face and NOW is the perfect time.

Actually speechless. It’s so hard to even watch us. I actually don’t rate any player on that pitch other than downing. I have a massive love for Rothwell but he’s really been on awful form. Armstrong is awful & Gallagher is just the worst.

Meh. The life of a Blackburn fan. So fucking frustrating supporting this team. I got one will hold my hands up giving Rothwell an over backing. I honestly think he’s got talent & is technically a better player than Armstrong. He really has been poor recently and deserved to get taken off at half time. Still, I believe a useful player to have.

Adam Armstrong forever the most frustrating player I’ve laid eyes on. 2nd half needs to be better.

Nothing but a win is expected so strongest team needs to be picked. Love to see Holtby & Dack together. Will be a difficult evening but can see us scabbing a 2-1. No game is easy in this division.

My comment states "on his day" (game time) the start of your last paragraph sums it up in a nutshell. I just feel we could of had a right player on our hands if he got the right game time & treatment. I 100% agree that he hasn't performed and actually have got quite frustrated with him recently but its near or enough the same i've been with Arma since he signed for us. Its a dip of bad form for the lad. This weekend, i'd be keen to see how he links up with Holtby (if they both start) I feel Bennett will creep back into the side though.

Mental comment. The amount of times I've said this about Arma in the past 18months is uncanny. Yet he's still started 80% of games. Rothwell (impact sub) how many starts? Rothwell starting the same amount of games would of done as much impact if not more. On his day he's technically our best player - we need him in the starting 11 despite the lack of form. Putting Bennett ahead of him is criminal.

If Holtby is in the centre. Rothwell HAS to start (despite his poor form) ahead of Bennett. There is no arguments with that. Holtby is neater and quicker on the ball than Dack. He needs pace either side on the wings (Arma & Rothwell). Bennett should not be starting its simple.
