  1. That's exactly the size of it ! Result for me is I will do neither.
  2. At least in 3 working days the club will be able to proudly announce that the EFL has lifted the transfer embargo.
  3. To play devil's advocate, they haven't failed to tie them down.... They have chosen to not tie them down, as part of the ongoing managed decline. Fans want one thing. The owners and their management team want something completely different. Hence why we constantly don't understand their actions or perceived inactions.
  4. There will be nothing new in the 19/20 accounts which we don't already know, as we can already see the VLL accounts. Losses have been 16.8, 18.2 and this time circa 20 million. £55 million is slightly more than the £39 million allowed. Just being assholes posting last minute but then saying they won't be public for a while. Total contempt for supporters. The embargo all hinges on the Profit and Sustainability projections they also had to submit to the EFL. This covers the current year 20/21 to June 30th. Losses for the 4 years can total £52 million so a nice £20 million windfall in the next week is the difference between embargo and no embargo.
  5. 4 working days to get the accounts in. Either the spare part for the fax machine was stuck in the Suez Canal and is now Brexit locked in Rotterdam.... or they are deliberately hiding them from us.
  6. Blackburn Rovers Championship fixture list for 2021/22 season | Lancashire Telegraph
  7. Away at Blackpool Saturday 2nd October 15:00 KO Indian Summer
  8. Derby told to re-submit the last 3 years accounts. Could be relegated and Wycombe re-instated. https://www.efl.com/news/2021/june/-derby-county/ We will be lucky to only have a transfer embargo.
  9. The question is Is this incompetance, etc (doubtful) or carefully planned cost reductions and managed decline. (probably) i.e. the aspirations of the fans is the opposite to what the management are being asked to do for their salary. In which case, good luck to those buying season tickets and unwittingly contributing to the destruction of Rovers.
  10. Exactly. It's very clearly in the public domain. We are under a light embargo which will be lifted once the EFL are satisfied or become a full embargo on 30th June. The embargo is actually correctly termed registration ban. It does not actually stop us buying players. It stops us registering them to play. We can buy and then loan back out no problem.
  11. Yes we are correct... and we meet the projections in the P&S submission for this year's accounting period (which we can only assume includes significant income yet to be realised). The accounts will be what they are as factual history. I guess the delay in publishing them is to stop all the other clubs lowering their bids... but the clock is ticking. 6 working days to go.
  12. 7 working days to meet the P&S "projections".... sell sell sell !
  13. recruiting a head of recruitment during a recruitment embargo. 🤣 Bet this is going to be top drawer Ben Benson esque. Some kid in his bedroom with a laptop and a stats app.
  14. That is going to be the photo on the nhs passport app to prove 2 jabs.
  15. Well I won't be buying one and he just priced me out of going to individual matches. Radio Lancs for me.
  16. Administration is the only outcome which will get rid of the scum and unite us. ASAP please Al.
  17. Whoosh ! Do they ? Is this at group level ? Double Whoosh !
  18. Waggott Tax gone up pro rata to a fiver ?
  19. So the big question I have now is.... Are these matchday prices also subject to The Waggott Tax ? or have they just decided to impose the tax on all matchday ticket prices. This price hike can be seen as Waggott's last big play to get everyone to buy STs due to the matchday prices. Hopefully it fails miserably.
  20. Think that second one was especially for you bud 🤣
  21. Haha... when is a super fan not a super fan ? When he's too young. If you go down, make a big scene and demand to see Waggott, you will get a concession. I will be going down with my Final Four ticket and demanding my consumer rights of 4 match tickets. I 100% expect to get my own way. Been patiently waiting.
  22. https://www.rovers.co.uk/tickets/code-of-conduct/ At all times, shouting and singing is discouraged and extreme care should be taken when celebrating or otherwise. You must produce photographic ID prior to entry to the stadium. Tickets are not transferrable.
  23. Despite lots of "days for the diary", Not today either.... Must be tomorrow. Why didn't Chaddy just say Friday instead of teasing with "this week".
