It's nice to be able to laugh at the knuckledraggers again after last seasons blip, here's to plenty more thrashings for the Dingles this season
-
A fully fit England team would have won this but they're missing 3 players from the tournament that would be in the starting 11,make that 4 if Walsh is still injured for the next match,i can see France beating them in the Semi final.

You should never judge a team on the first game of the season but it looks like QPR have some work to do to stay up.

How stupid is Elon Musk, does he think limiting peoples tweet views will make them pay for his verified crap.I'm surethe remaining advertisers that twitter have left will be very happy that he's limiting traffic on the site.

Read my post.
I said had been, until last seasons disaster triggered by Beales shenanigans, before which they were 1st. You then proceed to quote last seasons finish....
Either way, I'm certain they've shot themselves in the foot. I've got a good few mates who are close to the goings on at Qpr, and it's seen that they've sacked the only person there with any form of plan.
Its a bit like the chasm we had when Mowbray left. There was nobody remaining. All they've got now is Ainsworth chasing old Wycombe players.
take out last season, last time i did maths 11th after finishing 9th aint progress

They had been making steady progress. They were right in the playoff mix as we were in Mowbrays last season and were top of the league this season until Beales shenanigans.
I'm sure Ferdinand would agree last season was a disaster. But regardless of his performance what is clear is that this has happened due to a falling out. Right at the start of the transfer window. Any plans they had have been thrown in the bin. It's messy. It's the worst possible time the club.
It's also worth noting Qpr have those seasons still been paying off the massive fine the Efl imposed on them for breaching financial fair play. The only club, to ever get that sort of punishment.
Steady progress? 2021=9th 2022=11th 2023=20th

Chaos at QPR. Les Ferdinand has resigned as DoF following discussions with Ainsworth about transfer targets. Seems they had very different ideas on a way forwards.
Fully expecting Qpr to raid Wycombe for Ainsworths ex players now and be odds om for relegation. I thought he'd be a disaster when people wanted him appointmented here and thought he'd be a disaster for Qpr.
They were on a slow upwards trajectory for some time, until Michael Beale jumped ship last season. All feels like panicked reactions now.
Ferdinand has been there since 2015 and theyve never finished higher than 9th so probably time to get rid and try somebody new as DoF

Wigan Athletic's unpaid players can rip up their contracts on Friday if they still haven't been paid. That's a lot of money to throw away unless you're confident of getting a contract elsewhere.
They're already on -8 points and I assume they'll be due some more docked points if they don't pay up.
The way they're going they'll be back to being a non league team again in a few years.

I know loads of City fans, all been going for decades watching shite and always stayed with them as loyal fans do. I’m made up for those fans, they deserve it.
My brother in law is one of those, been a City fan since the early 80s,they have had decades of living in United's shadow, like you said not all their fans are bandwagoners

Calling Girona a marquee home match is pushing it a lot,i can name 10 teams from Spain that would be worthy of calling it Marquee match but not little Girona

I feel that the squad will be overhaul to fit his style and will Jason Wilcox going in there as DoF they seem to have plan and how they want to play
I'm going against most peoples view of him on here but think if they sign players that Martin wants so he can play the style he uses then i can see Southampton having a good season.

Maybe it's just me, but I always get the impression that Everton have the angriest supporters in the country. Every time I watch them, their supporters go berserk at everything that goes against them or a player losing the ball. They seen to be on another scale compared to normal supporters.
It's the Scouse the whole worlds against us mentality that they have.

You might want to look at the Pears/kaminkski thread where superniko posted facts that kaminski is a much better keeper than Pears. Kaminski 7th in the Advanced goalkeeping league rankings Pears waaaay down in 33rd,so maybe you're the clown eh Krusty

ffs it was`nt pears fault we missed out on the play offs,we don`t score enough goals and hedges pathetic attempt at pne finished us off as challengers, you really should give your head a wobble
keep telling yourself that while i'll look at results with the 2 different keepers in goal

That's the best news of the weekend.
If this was the 80s they'd be ripping up the seats and chucking them on the pitch.

A warning for the Rovers.
We've already had a warning,we dropped out of the playoff places with Kaminski's replacement in goal yet some people on here are not bothered that he might be going.
