27 games without a draw now it's looking like 5 in a row,what a strange season.

It’s a complete waste of time bringing in Giles and Thomas to Rovers because as you point out, we have no bugger to get on the end of anything. It’s been that way since Graham left.
They should have got a striker in first as you say theres no point in bringing in a good crosser of the ball when we have noone to get on the end of them

Dack may not have been playing well but recently he's the only one that has been scoring goals for us,Brereton's heads in Spain already

I wanted Southampton to go down after they appointed the Munchkin but now he's gone i would rather see Southampton stay up

The Kansas City Chiefs will play the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl.
The Eagles easily beat San Fransisco, and KC scraped by the Bengals.
There was some dodgy refereeing in both games. I don't think that it would have changed the result of the 49'ers-Eagles game, but I'd be a bit fed up if I was a Bengals fan.
I don't have a dog in the fight but i wouldn't mind seeing the Eagles win now just to shut up Travis Kelce

Are we going to have to sit through the whole of the one show before they do the draw

What a fall for Juventus this season.
Down to 13th in the League having just been beaten 2-0 at home by Monza.
With 23 pts they have less than half of leaders Napoli (50 pts). And Napoli have a game in hand tonight.
When you think Juve were going for 10 league titles on the bounce a few years ago.
Going to be a long road back to the top.
They should be in 5th but got 15 points deducted for basically lying about transfer fees to get around FFP

Wasting time looking at other peoples results when we aren't finishing in the top 10 this season.

A week and half to sort one.
The lack of goals is nothing new,we've struggled all season.A new Forward should have been identified and brought in the first week of Jan

typical Championship game with both teams not wanting to give the first goal away in the game.
We were the only goaless game in the Championship at HT,hardly a typical game

Would you buy him ? What I don’t understand is we had a good look at him the first time - he was nothing special. He goes to Big Club and doesn’t do much. Then he goes back to Southampton and does even less. Inexplicable.
His agent must be good, managed to get a big money move then after Gallagher not doing a lot in his first contract he gets him a big contract renewal
-
We know how these things go,we spend 2 days getting exited that we may actually sign someone then it fizzles out and we get to 29th with nobody brought in
-
The Championship has turned into the Scottish Prem this season, you have 2 teams way ahead of the rest with all the other teams beating each other and end up miles behind

I've only just watched 'No Time To Die', and I've not got over it yet. This phrase is haunting me.
That was one of those films where you say they aren't going to do it are they........yes they are

I agree - and I’m equally as crushed. People might think the plan is insanity, but it looks clear as day to me. They’re plugging gaps, developing the younger players and planning for 3 years down the line.
3 years down the line any good players we bring through will be sold for a profit and Gregg and JDT will be patting themselves on the back for a job well done.

You're not the manager though. You can't be seen laughing on the bench at 2-0 down looking like you haven't got a care in the world. It looks like him and Remy don't give a shit.
We're a little stepping stone on JDT's managerial career,he'll be off the moment a better offer comes along

Thats the 4rd absolute pasting we've had in the last 9 games,3 in the league and Forest in the cup.how many more before he's in trouble

It was never sustainable. Just like the losses column.
The retort was always "but we're 3rd!"
We are unlikely to be 3rd come 5pm today though. Probs not out of the playoffs but that will follow soon after.
Then it'lll be but were still in the playoffs, then but we're only 2 points out ,2 wins in a row then we'll be back in the playoffs,it goes on and on
-
JDT has had over half a season now to show how he can change things around when they aren't going his way, until he proves he can do that he will be a dud manger in my eyes,we can all look good when things are rosey in the garden, show us something JDT when you have to think about things.

Just switched the game on and now don't need to watch the rest,we don't do comebacks under JDT

At this point it'd just mean that Newcastle win the PL every season, so I don't think it'd help much. Best case scenario a few of the traditionally upper-middle PL teams end up with big foreign investment and we're back to where we started with a handful of teams competing and the rest existing.
If the Super league comes back its money motivated so Newcastle and their Arab money will be invited to join it.

I was wondering how do the TV people spin putting Man U on live again after a boring draw at home to Reading then remembered Ince is Reading manager.

Take this with a pinch of salt because I’ve no evidence to back to up, but I was once (about 3 years ago) told that Scott Wharton used to get really pissed off with Adam Wharton because John Buckley was playing but whenever ‘Adam could be bothered’ he was far far superior than Buckley in training, but Adam was always tired/cold/disinterested. If anyone can be bothered, use the search function and look up posts by my username and Wharton and you’ll find the original post.
A top manager will get Adam playing (trying…) consistently and when they do, he’ll be a Premier League player. For what it’s worth I do think JDT is capable of managing him to that outcome.
Could take someone who plays in his position thats done it at the top like a Lampard or a Gerrard to get him to knuckle down and listen
