One of our biggest problems today

So I read comments on here about how this has been a bad window and TM is not a good man manager.... can I just take a minute to point out DACK this man is a real talent with a love of women beer and football but TM has him loving his football only drinking a little and only loving one woman...... then we have reed from last season who's attitude changed around February and TM started to drop him from the team. Then the nutt off to Blackpool thing..... when the hell in this league do we have the time or game to let the lad on the pitch for some game time!!!

I was looking at that and wondered if he was the future of Blackburn management and is now being groomed for the part with the 23s players to give TM some new ideas, all good managers know they need to change them around them with new ideas to keep things fresh

Just a quick question to anyone who has see the under 23s play..... do they or have they been playing the new passing football? And is this the thought of using the young guns with some of the old guard in defence? Just wondering

While I hold the same view as you on racial equality and feel it has no place in live never mind football I also feel you are jumping on people for sharing this post as I was the first to do so about one or two weeks ago and was lambasted for it, I think it's the fact that a lad who is not even a choice for the first team at city is on that money that people are disappointed at. Let look at football this in the 70s top player got around £1000 a week which at the time was a years wage to the working man now its 26k to a boy not in the first team who is out on loan to a lower class of teams to "give him game time" and we are grateful for it!!!!! So to sum up some people are a wee bit pissed at the wage structure of all of this not the colour of his skin but it is easy to say we are racist and we should shut up, some time the working man doing 40+ hour a week paying for season tickets on the drip per month just wants to point out the madness of it all without being called racist.

How do you all do that line through the words things it looks well cool and I wish I could do it .....

He is a good wee player and as for the right place right time comments...... he is there because he can see the play and where it's going it's not luck, he really need the game time and a first team spot
