  1. Never known such a bunch of bollockless shit twats In my life, 1 point from losing positions all season is damn right pathetic! Once again concede the first and we cave right in! Pathetic! Jdt is gonna have to start taking blamed he’s putting out the same crap, unable to change a game outsmarted by the poorer managers, would happily swap him for Rowett right now, They wonder why they can’t sell tickets

  2. Don’t wanna see soft lad morton or Diaz start

    kaminski

    Brittain

    hyam

    Carter

    pickering

    travis

    wharton

    hedges

    szmodics

    Dolan

    leanord

heard jdt is wondering weather to give young leanord a debut and I don’t see why not! Gallagher works hard but has no attacking instinct and is easily bullied for such a big lad like bbd, if we are gonna fail on our play offs quest I would rather do it while giving our own youngsters the pivotal experience that will only benefit their development. No way should that soft arse from Merseyside see starts while putting in school performances when Wharton can come on and offer so much aswell as garret adding so much bite and enthusiasm.

back onto leanord… the lad knows where the next is regardless of level so he should be sent out there with no pressure and told to do his thing, plus gives Gallagher a rest plus kick up the arse that his record and performances as a striker is simply not good enough

  3. Final run in for play offs we don’t want morton starting, he’s no better than garret and Wharton and those two are our own, morton does not have the physical or mental strength to deal with this decisive period so I don’t wanna see the powder puff in the staring 11, he could very well cost us altogether. Preston, dingles, Luton, millwall final 4 games alone we need battlers not a couldn't care less soft ass from Liverpool reserves

    kaminski

    JRC

    Carter

    hyam

    pickering

    travis

    garret

  4. Said all along riverside when the funds become available needs to be replaced with a smaller (3k) single tier stand (similar to Preston’s invincibles or West Brom’s main stand and close to the pitch, obviously throw in the extra facilities that can be used on non match days and would also like to see a club museum, make the blues bar drinks only and free entry, and build in a cafe for those wanting a traditional pre match footy meal like what you’d get at the blues

  5. Rovers should be aiming for 4th as 3rd seems a little too much now, finishing 4th beating Luton to it, last thing we want with our record there is going to that shithole against those bully boys with what is likely a narrow lead at best, we would need to do a serious job on them at ewood in the 1st, ideally nick a win or take a draw to ewood.

as for the Birmingham game, I wanna see garret in there for morton, carry on the way we are we should beat Birmingham with ease

  6. 16 hours ago, Tyrone Shoelaces said:

I said pen right away and I was watching on TV. I couldn’t believe the shit McCoist came out with. In todays football it was a pen all day long.

It was nothing but a pen, weather he meant it or not is irrelevant the ball is goal bound and it hits his arm which takes the ball away from threat of goal so it’s stonewall otherwise any player could do that every week and pretend it’s an accident

  7. Perspective is

lee made a great account for ourselves and deserved extra time atleast

why is jdt being blamed ? Yeah it’s not the changes anybody would have thought of but on another day it would have worked and if it wasn’t for soft lad we wouldn’t have lost like that, but jdt deserves full credit! He’s got them playing nicely and is bringing the best out of a short and young squad and has given us a chance in both competitions after years of mowbray throwing them away embarrassing us against lower league local opposition too, even back in 2017 he couldn't be arsed against a half arsed dingle team when we could have caused them utter embarrassment.

Another positive is if we had gotten through it would mean another midweek game at the business end inbetween Luton and millwall and a mauling off city, yes we would get our day out but that’s all it would have been and the hope of atleast getting to see our team score atleast once at the new Wembley since is completion 16 years ago.

all focus on the league now, get rested and ready for the final run in, let them dirty cheating cloggers have their day out getting embarrassed off city, they should worry about their potential points deduction and actually paying for players they outbid us to buy

  8. On the bright side all energy goes into the league now and getting to Wembley the other way! Jdt didn’t make the right subs we knew that when it happened but it was still down to the men on the field to keep the lead against mediocre opposition and thanks to a stupid bit of play acting it’s cost us. No way are sheff utd worthy of the top 2, horrible side dull football and cheats

  9. Tough ask against a dirty side, obviously the fraud who’s in charge of them is carrying on wilders ways but he’s a man under pressure to go up, if he doesn’t he’s gone in the summer and sheff uniteds financial advantage decreases even more.

same team as last night as that’s the best we can field these days I think but would also be tempted on Wharton over Morton. Also how great it is to be competitive in the league.. jdt wiring miracles on tight strings while also going for it in the cups unlike the last one who had us bow out in the first or early rounds in poor ways… morecambe and Wigan knocking us out in the first round of both comps last season says it all, so it’s nice to have a coach who has that winners mentality to go for it on all fronts which we’ve lacked since mark hughes left.

I e every confidence we can seal our first trip to Wembley, get the first goal and rattle them they will lose their heads and commit stupid fouls and hopefully then we have a better ref than at ewood who will start dishing out the necessary cards

  10. I think it’s between boro and sheff United for 2nd and 3rd and I think fjr us it’s the case of finishing 4th ahead of Luton to get 2nd leg home advantage, Luton are by no means a side of quality just horrible to play against, aggressive and organised.. position mainly down to home game being a horrible compact place for away sides to visit, they seek to also carry on the same way with different managers so fair play to them cause it works

  11. Pressure on them, they are the ones who have spent the money and sit on the ridiculous parachute payments while we’ve spent newt in comparison. We need to go out there with that fearless attitude and leave nothing on the pitch, they ain’t anything special. Good thing about our team being a small group is it makes us more collective and  a tighter team where everyone knows what’s expected of them, a chunk of our squad being academy lads really gives us an advantage in ways cause they play for the shirt, that’s one thing that we need when the unwashed and their fancy mercenaries come to town next month.

we might be bare bones but if we continue the attitude gives them no respect then we can rattle them and that’s what they will not be comfortable with

  12. Well we will be better off than we was last June/July, the squad as it stands will be

    goalkeepers: kaminski, pears, Hilton

centre backs: hyam, Wharton, Carter, Phillips, Barnes

    right backs: JRC, Brittain, brown

    left backs: Pickering, batty

Midfield: travis, Buckley, Garrett, Edun, Wharton, szmodics, dack,

    wingers: Dolan, Markanday, hedges

    strikers: Gallagher, vale, leanord

hard to say right now cause we don’t know the division but assuming we will still be at this level we need comp/cover at left back, midfield needs bulking up and a couple wingers and a striker. Centre backs we are okay on with a lot of potential, Ayala as solid as he is on his day will be gone as he’s out of contract on big wages but hyam is solid and Carter is coming into his game, Wharton is of course decent and Phillips will soon be class so I don’t think k defence needs recruitment. diaz is off unless promoted. Either way vale and Edun are deadwood and need moving on.

worth noting two of mowbrays back room are out of contract (lowe and benson) so jdt will no doubt look to step up his ways on the club and install his own coaches to replace them

  13. Apart from sheff United at home or Grimsby at home this is the best we could get, we will deffo put up a better fight than toothless spurs!

also this means the dingles have to come here midweek.. only bad thing is it’s April and they have a chance that it could be a game that sends them up or wraps the title up but going off their performance against a shite fleetwood with 10 men they ain’t nothing to fear, the only reason they smashed us before was when we was awful playing the bad football jdt had ditched thankfully… even Preston dicked us a month later and they are crap same with Rotherham. Also I hope the club favours as much home advantage as poss and gives the dingles not a ticket more than we got over there and sticks them in the upper out the way plus the police will appreciate that as it would be much easier to police.

back to sheff United this is the best chance of Wembley since Appleton dished up an absolute shambles against millwall 10 years ago, missing out to Liverpool, villa and Chelsea over the years too
