I agree, the supporters (fans are armchair followers) that follow Rovers through thick and thin deserve 200% from this game. Don't forget we lost to Cardiff earlier in the season. I am hoping for a repeat of last season when the two sides met at Ewood 5-1 to Rovers, it was a joy to watch. -

We were unlucky against Sunderland, conceded in injury time, and we were robbed against Boro. They equalized but Rovers were the better team and I thought we would go on to win it until that ridiculous sending off of Buckley. The main thing for Rovers is keep your heads up dont panic and play football the way we know this team can, and I'm sure theres light at the end of the tunnel in this losing run. -

Could you see players like Haaland and his friends playing for city in the 80s-90s when Rovers seem to stroll to a win everytime they met them on even terms. Stick your Super rich only allowed premiership, were a decent Championship team and i will follow Rovers till I die, my home town my club. -

I rest my case, unless youve Billionaire arabs backing you or rich yanks, you dont stand much chance of staying with them. Jack Walker got his swan song in the 90s r.i.p. -

Our we good enough for the Premier yet, I think not. Look at Forest who went up last season, they've been mauled all season and look certain for a return to the Championship. Lets hope burnley get promoted and get the same treatment. Lenihan wants his boro team to rise to the occasion, probably why were still in the Championship he was captain here last season. JDT needs time to build a squad capable of staying in the premiership. -

I agree with 2 wingers, something Ewood has been short of for a while. Get a decent winger signed and we might see a few more goals. -

Whats happened to BBD, hes going through a bit of a goal drought. When Ben fires blanks were there for the taking. The ideal result would be Rovers 3-0 bbd, gallagher, dolan. -

We need strength in depth, like the venkys coming up with a January transfer kitty and offloading deadwood Hirst and Markannday. -

Rovers need to stay calm and not panic, we have lost to Forest in the league cup and an injury time winner in the Championship to Sunderland.Lets put it right against Boro and Cardiff at home and get some pride back at Ewood. By the way i have had a wonderful Christmas in bed with laryngitis lost my voice for days, hopefully i will be back in full voice at Ewood Thursday cheering Rovers to a 3-0 win. -

On our day we are good enough to beat any team in the Championship, on the other hand if its not our day we can be very ordinary. Lets hope its our day Boxing day, im going 0-2 Rovers. -

It was great to see Scott Wharton on the scoresheet, it seemed like a few looking at the empty Riverside. Thats the 2nd home defeat in a row, lets make it Fortress Ewood against Boro on the 29th and get back to winning ways at home. Merry Christmas to all Rovers supporters. -

After being one of the few that turned up Wednesday night against Robin Hood and his gay men, lets hope we get the supporters back for the trip to Sunderland. Our 2nd 11 gave them a run for their money for an hour, if we played our 1st team we would have breezed past them, i didn't rate them as premier class. -

Lets hope JDT sees sense and hangs on to Dack and Buckley, they are part of Blacburn Rovers.Rumour has it Mowbray is after both of them. This team has potential, JDT is chopping and changing in his first season as manager, looking for his best team. -

We still haven't learnt how to put games to sleep, there were some nervous moments in the 2nd half, giving the ball away far to cheaply and silly fouls in dangerous positions, until Dolan put it beyond doubt. I dont know why Dolans been sitting on the bench, given 90 minutes he's capable of winning matches. Dolan and Buckley made a big difference for me and should start against Forest in the League cup tie. Well done Rovers. -

A loss wouldn't be a complete disaster, we would still be 2pts clear of 7th place, but its a win we need after the dismal performance at Burnley. Its good to see Hirst on the score sheet against Hearts, might get him in the mood for the Championship. -

Snow forecast for East Lancs Thursday and Friday, whats the chance of posponed. I remember freezing my balls off last season waiting 2 hours for the Rovers v Millwall game to get under way, only to be cancelled at the last minute. Looking forward to the Preston game, hopefully it will be on. -
