Another 2 from. Schmodics one for Gallagher and telovic, through to the 5th round for a money spinner against Newcastle. The important thing is we keep this win in mind going into the two home championship matches coming up, and end our dismal run. -

A good cup run is good for the club financially, but the main thing is getting back on track in the Champi, onship. We don't want to get sucked into a relegation battle. Teams expect to beat you near the bottom of the league. I will be there tomorrow hoping we make it into the 5th round, but we have a threadbare squad due to injuries, and we can't afford any more players injured. -

We could do with signing another defender and a striker. -

I got my ticket at Ewood today, let's hope we get into top gear and make it to the 5th round. it might boost the teams confidence for the up and coming Q.P.R. and Stoke games in the Championship. Great news Tyris Dolan wants to take part in Monday nights tie, we're beginning to get the injured back in contention. -

We need to win this one to get a bit of confidence back, we have Q.P.R. and Stoke in the Championship after this one. At the start of the season we were blowing top 6 contenders away with some decent football. Let's get that self belief back and start winning games. -

I haven't seen a worse referee at Ewood for a very long time at Ewood, and there's been some bad ones in the past. A clear penalty turned down and the useless ref was stood only a few yards away. A scrappy below par performance and I blame jdt who won't change a formation that clearly doesn't work with this rovers team. We should have won it at the death a clear shot on goal blazed over the bar. We have 9 days to put things right when Wrexam come to town for the 4th round of the fa Cup. -

We could do with signing a decent keeper to be in contention with Pears when he returns. -

I meant signing him, you can't beat a keeper with a bit of height to cover all angles. We have conceded far to many goals while Whalsted as took over. -

JDTs biggest mistake of the Season, Whaldsted in goal. Watching him it's like a schoolboy between the sticks the size of him. If we don't get a result against Huddersfield next Saturday, it could be his downfall when the boos ring out and the chant turns to jdt out !!. -

The biggest problem Rovers have at the moment, is Whalsted in goal he's far to small. We're cannon fodder while he's in goal. We have conceded an awful lot of goals since he took over from Pears. Let's get Pears back in goal starting against Q.P.R and Gallagher and JRC starting the match. -

The owners can't give it at the moment due to Indian tax law changes. There's an hearing in the last week of Janurary as to whether the Venkys can release funds for transfers. -

something for the Rovers supporters to cheer about at last, a 5-2 win a hat trick from Schmodics and Siggurdsen and Leonard on the scoresheet. Could it be the new S.A.S at Ewood, Schmodics and Siggurdsen. -

I disagree, get a few wins under your belt and your heading towards the top 6. -

You missed a decent Rovers performance, twice behind and won it 5-2 and a hat trick from Schmodics. We have players fit again towards the end of the month it could be the turning point at ending our dismal form. -

if Ainsley Pears had been goalkeeper yesterday, we would have won the game 2-1. Whaldsted is to small between the sticks, the first goal proved it, a header that was,nt that powerful looped over him into the top corner. The only good point was Sigurdssen and Schmodics on target again. We have been making the same mistake for a while now trying to cling on to a slender lead and the opposition put it in the back of the net late in the game. We need to learn how to finish a game off with a bit of daylight. -

Merry Christmas to all Rovers supporters, I haven't been on this site for a while due to illness, but I will be back at Ewood on Saturday hoping to see Rovers get back on track. -

Both Telovic and Ennis on the scoresheet in Rovers 7-1 win against Preston for the under 21s, yet both absent in the 1-2 defeat against Preston at Ewood. Doesn't make sense to me. -

Tough one, we usually come unstuck in the potteries. A point might be decent given the size of our injury list at the moment. What we need to do when we're back to full strength, is to turn it into fortress Ewood and make it very difficult for teams to get points here. -

What I can't understand, why has jdt left Ennis and Telovic on the bench when we have been playing catch up against Swansea and Preston. I would have brought them both on the last 20 minutes against Preston.
