I agree. A couple of years ago, Jon was interviewed by Danish media about his ambitions as coach. He stated that his biggest ambition was to return to Feyenoord as head coach and win the title, as he did as a player. Recently he told some Dutch media, that he is building a new house in Rotterdam. If he is offered the job at Feyenoord, I think he will be very tempted, as his family are still living there and they are building a new house. He has also mentioned that he would love to return to Italy. Personally, I dont think he will be leaving Rovers this summer, if he does, it will be because of the fall out with GB, and if he is offered the job as head coach at Feyenoord. And I dont think that his long term ambition is PL, his ambition is to qualify his team to PL, and then he will be off to Holland, Italy or another european country. Please excuse my poor english 🙂

This is excactly the point I was trying to make, but you express it a lot better than I did 🙂 I don´t see him going to Leeds , or at at least not for the time being -he is a loyal type of person and he will stay put til the end of the season . But no doubt about him looking for other possibilities at the end of this season. He has been let down by GB and the board, and he will use this to get out of his contract.

Have any of you heard rumours about JDT being linked with Leeds?
