Hanging on here. There's no cohesion in midfield to hold it all together. Just frantic chasing with no authority. Urgh. -

What properly pissed me off about their second is the way Kargbo lost possession and then barely broke into a jog to try and rectify his fuck up! No effort at all to fix his shitty mistake! -

This is such an effort to watch. Absolutely no rhythm, no pattern, no fluidity. Some finish that tbf. -

This is horrible so far. Fortunately Swansea are pretty awful too. -

As in life though, just because someone doesn't deserve something, doesn't mean they won't get it. -

Absolute bloody shambles that we didn't buy another experienced centre back if there was always a chance we'd sell Hyam. However let us not forget the season before JE and Danny Batth when Hyam was an absolute liability and crumbled consistently under pressure. There was every chance he'd have another season like that with the set up we have so would keeping him have actually been a good thing? We'll never know now of course. Terrible that we didn't have anything lined up to replace him. Basically chucking everything on Carter getting fit, having the season of his life and not getting injured. -

Optimistic point of view: VI's first half dozen games were absolutely appalling then they seem to get their shit together. Maybe it's the same sort of situation with a lot of new players in the squad? Yes - straws, clutching and all that. -

Christ, we literally must be the actual world record holders for goals conceded beyond 90 minutes. How many times over the last 5 seasons?!! It's incredible. -

We desperately need Brittain to put the deliveries in from the right. He's so good a crossing into the box. -

Our guys up front are getting outmuscled by the Sheff defence. Going to need Big Mak in the second half I think to make the ball stick. -

Can't argue with 3 wins in a row. First half was a borefest apart from the well worked goal. Second half defensive display was admirable. The results today almost all went our way too. We couldn't... surely?! -

We've basically bored Sunderland to death and they consequently fell asleep when defending. Great tactics! 😆 -

Hmm feels like only a matter of time before we concede. Keeping the home crowd quiet at least but that's about the only thing positive! -
