  1. 19. What makes me feel geriatric is the fact that my "little" brother's nearly 18.
  2. Remember the West Ham Christmas night out last year? Hayen Foxe p1ssed on the bar . Incidentally Jas, I'm as Scottish as you are (or do you consider yourself Irish?), I can't help hearing about you.
  3. Joos Valgaeran, Bobby Petta (who?) and Johan Mjallby all spent a night in the cells for *allegedly* thieving a photographers camera at a Christmas night out in Gateshead. Great stuff!
  4. Well it wasn't the last minute, but it still looked like it just wasn't gonna happen! Credit to Killie they played brilliantly. Peter Canero is playing exceptionally well at left back for them...............
  5. From Rovermatt: Surely Gonzo is a contender? Zane Lowe can suck my ass (metaphorically).
  6. Pete, I've seen more of Bobo Balde than most Rovers fans I suppose, and I'm not terribly impressed to be honset. He does the job against SPL teams (usually), but whenever playing against top opposition, he gets shown up - clumsy, incredibly poor positional sense at times and struggles against players that are too slippery for him to simply flatten. All that said, his threat from set pieces is more than considerable - possibly the strongest outfield player I've ever seen. I think when Mjallby gets back fit, O'Neill (if he's still around :'> ) should be playing Valgaeren, Mjallby and Laursen as his back 3.
  7. Completely agree Bluemonday, the Record is a (shudders at the consequences the use of the word will doubtlessly stir up) racist piece of sh*te (and that's coming from Scot, Celts fans!), always looking for some way to get a 'Scottish' story on the front page. Mind you all the other tabloid rags up here would likely be the same if they weren't simply off-shoots of English papers such as The Scottish Sun - yup, just when you though it couldn't get any worse........... :'>
  8. Chris Waddle is an arse he claimed a few years back to be a Rangers fan. Monkey.
  9. Glaswegian and proud, and you'll never have a better night out than in Glasgow. BUT I'm afraid that (as with many industrial cities throughout the UK) that the East End is not a lovely place - many people feel like beating you up for simply walking past them. Of course the majority of the people who live in the East End are harmless, but there is still an unsavoury minority, and with this whole Celtic vs Souness thing in the making I would advise Rovers fans to get into Parkhead for the game and back into the City Centre afterwards. This murder statistic (wherever it came from) that "proves" Rangers fans are actually the evil ones and Celtic fans are a 100% lovely bunch is nonsense - I come from a Rangers supporting family and take great offense to this. The fact is that both sets of fans are on the whole a great bunch, but unfortuantely the minority speaks the loudest.
  10. Not ones that you could leave with all your teeth in place, no. As I've said before, city centre is the best bet and its only about 10 minutes on the bus or 20-30 walking (possibly more advisable, the traffic will be a nightmare).
