We are talking in terms of outside investment/ sponsors. Which brand wants to be associated with Rovers at the moment? I’d also add there are a number of clubs in the premiership that had been sold for a profit = good investment.

No - business’s look for good investment opportunities - Rovers in its current state is not a good investment. there are a number of championship clubs who are better investments commercially. You’re not getting a mutli million pound business to sponsor Rovers currently - not happening.

Ok - season tickets won’t get any better, even if they reduced the price I cannot see attendance rising by more then a few thousand. Only way this increases is by Venkys departing. Sponsors - which business wants to sponsor a mid table championship side with declining gates? We are not an attractive proposition for decent outside investment.

I don’t actually think we sell brittain. I think he walks away for nothing next season. Venkys are quite happy to let players walk for free - as history has shown us. I’d rather that then lose him this season as non of the cash gets reinvested anyway. We’d be losing one of the best RB in the league and not invest a penny of the proceeds. Keep him and let him go for free next season.

Historically, deal sheets had to be requested at least two hours before the deadline (9pm). When in operation, they allowed clubs to submit all the required transfer paperwork by a 1am deadline. Now deal sheets are no longer in operation in the EFL. LET are not on the ball. No deals sheets for EFL teams.
