How can Rovers know what offer Bournemouth have made to Rothwell? If they knew that surely the first thing they should be doing is putting a complaint in to the EFL for illegally approaching our players? If we were sat 12th then it would have been sensible to sell if no contract was being signed.

How do you explain the 14 million spent on 3 attackers within 12 months after promotion from League one? Or that they turned down a massive offer for Dack that January? The multiple players through the door in the last 5 years? The fact we have only sold two players of value within that time? I certainly don't think that they would start splashing out mega money if ffp wasn't here but I certainly don't agree that all they have done is service debt when it's clear money has been spent to try improve the team

No I still think a few million should be found in this window.We should be using our position in the table to our advantage. We don't agree on this but I assume Venkys would spend some money due to the fact we committed 14 million to 3 forward players in the space of a year whilst recieving 3 million back for Raya.Plus multiple other players came through the door at that point. We haven't spent much in terms of transfer fees since but 12 players came in last summer , that still cost the club.
