Couldn’t agree more, a once in a generation opportunity to sell ST and longer term fixed price ST, say 3 / 5 year discounted options. As it was, the biggest Rovers gathering in Ewood since the EPL Championship party had nothing to promote or sell, ST’s came out months later, almost into the new season. Fucking amateurs.

My guess is that is probably at least 3,000 short of what the gate would have been if Swag hadn’t shut the BBE.

I quite like him but he hasn’t got the pace which would really make him a game changer.

I love the manager. The Venkys and Swag are crushing our club and our spirit but at least JDT seems intent on sending a ‘fuck you’ message to them.

I went to the first leg at Plough Lane. I was walking to the match and was fretting that I wouldn’t make kick off, when the Rovers team coach passed me. Think they had to change on bus, I got shoved in the home end and the was walked around to join the Rovers fans and we then got hammered, I think it was 5 0 or 5 1. Those were the days 😊

And why is that, ridiculous pricing structure and 13 years of seeing our beloved club, dismantled, brick by brick, lost supporter after lost supporter. There is a way but you need to engage with the fans, lapsed fans and the wider catchment area and not have a policy that looks to take the total cost base from the last attending supporter. We need pricing to drive volume (and revenue) like Bolton / PNE and not SWAG’s non growth, cost model which will only see further decline.

Correct, the utter incompetence of this decision is as clear as the nose on Swag’s face. Having seen everything over this last 13 years, I honestly think this is the worst decision ever made. Absolutely crazy to all but a blind man, I am absolutely livid about this, it really does defy all logic and common sense.

Swag doesn’t give a toss, JDT and the supporters do.

Well done, common sense and put the pressure on the tosser. This mistake is going to haunt and hopefully, finally see him off. It is financial suicide, never seen such a clear example before of penny rich / pound foolish, he is a total idiot.
