  1. Kung Fu Fighting - Carl Douglas
  2. I agree with that but would add I think some fans would return under different ownership/senior management whether that meant a successful team on the pitch or not
  3. I very nearly ‘came back’ after the Oxford United game - but the price of tickets was a bit too much for me. I still follow Rovers very closely but I’ve found other things to do with my time - maybe this makes me a bad fan but I’d need to see some significant improvements (I don’t mean on the pitch) to ‘revert’ that time (and money) back to attending matches.
  4. Unchain My Heart - Ray Charles
  5. I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch) - The Four Tops
  6. Summertime Blues - Eddie Cochran
  7. This is the standard form of contract that has to be used - it’s the Premier League one but is the one referred to in the EFL regulations (64.2): https://static1.squarespace.com/static/579f1eef2e69cf81541f5565/t/57bc6605e58c62993057c155/1471964677468/standard%2Bpl%2Bcontract.pdf
  8. Lady Madonna - The Beatles
  9. Touch Me (I Want Your Body) - Samantha Fox
  10. Papa Was A Rollin Stone - The Temptations
  11. Or taking it out of the money ‘saved’ on the O’Brien transfer…
  12. A players contract has to be in the form of a ‘Standard Contract’ - I may be missing it, but I can’t see reference to a clause to cover relegation pay decreases (or promotion increases for that matter) I think they’re covered, when agreed, under the clause ‘Any Other Provisions’
  13. A very big pinch…
  14. Should there be a further clause for if we ‘go straight through’ league one and into league two as well…
  15. But we haven’t agreed to sign him if we’re relegated to league 1 so that clause in the contract is unnecessary (and the regulations don’t call for it either)
  16. How do you agree an obligation to buy (with Forest) without also agreeing the ‘future’ contract (with the player) What would happen if we were promoted, and therefore were obliged to complete the signing, but we couldn’t then agree terms with the player?
  17. I’ve no idea if we submitted the agreed terms - but that’s all we would have to had submitted
  18. It would still be nonsense if it was to do with getting promoted and immediately being relegated i also can’t believe this is the reason for the hold up
  19. In the case of a loan with an option/ obligation to buy - the EFL regulations require the submission of the terms agreed - nothing more, nothing less. It may well be sensible to have a wage reduction clause, but it isn’t a requirement
  20. It would be crazy if you also had to submit all the terms that weren’t agreed - where would it end…
  21. The River Of Dreams - Billy Joel
  22. Electric Avenue - Eddy Grant
