Brittain done more in about 10 minutes than the whole team has in the whole game.

The 3 strikers aren't on the same wavelength today. Most of our attacks have gone through the left side, but BBD has been pretty poor today. 

Brittain should give us more attacking power down the right if he is brought on. 

Missed the game tonight because it was way too early my time, but so pleased to get a win against one of the promotion favourites.

It’s no surprise that we won because we always do well when we play our best players in their best positions.

What about Zurab Khizanishvilli? He was a solid but unremarkable defender for us in the Hughes days. 4th choice behind Nelsen, Samba and Ooijer but always seemed to do his job when called upon!

Our first touch and passing was horrendous today. Bristol took full advantage by scoring 2 goals on the counter which pretty much sunk us. 

Team is completely unbalanced with 3 of our first choice back 4 out. It’s the same issues we had last season as soon as a few injuries were picked up. 

Two goals on the counter, they look far more clinical than us.

Big game this. A real test for us to show whether we are real contenders for promotion this season.

Feeling positive at the conclusion of that window. Only thing I’m worried about is we don’t really have a decent alternative for Brittain at RB and I would’ve liked an attacker like Dembele brought in as I don’t know if Dolan/Markanday/Vale can be relied upon for goals. 

I guess they’re problems that can be solved in January if needed.

Give BBD a contract that gives him a big pay rise now and a bigger one if we get promoted. If we don’t he can cancel the contract with no penalty at the end of the season.

I was so hoping for a Wharton - Vale goal there!

Buckley has been pretty poor this season but people are forgetting how good he was some games when he first broke into the team. 

End of the day we have 2 excellent academy graduates vying for the same spot which is a great position to be in.

Wharton should definitely keep his spot though, as there’s no reason Buckley should demand an automatic starting place.

Sheff Utd, Norwich, Watford and Dingles above us. You have to say they are the teams to likely stay up there at the end of the season. Got to keep fighting for those last 2 spots because they are there for the taking.

The pass from Dacky for the goal was sublime. He’s looking like he’s getting back to his best. Who knows what the season holds but hopefully BBD stays and Dack stays injury free and they can strike up a long awaited and fruitful partnership up front!
