You really can't sniff at what TM's done/is doing with this Sunderland. I know his attitude was dog awful with us at times, and that certainly made its way onto the pitch. But you wonder if it also just came from a deeper toxicity at the club.

Another season of mid table mediocrity beckons. Without even the false promise of a playoff push to keep us going.

Well on our way to being comprehensively beaten by a Mowbray's Sunderland. Don't know what the commentators are on about, not sure what real complaints we can have. You reverse the roles and we're talking about what a perfect away performance it's been.

I do love the Rovers TV feature of playing the commentary half a second ahead of the pictures. Obviously I always want to know that a shot hasn't gone in before I see it!
