Choosing between Pears and Leo, it’s like choosing whether you’d like a kick in the groin, or the face. Both will involve pain.

Classic Venky’s- get the closest to the play offs since we were relegated from the PL, with a good manager, then pull the funding.
Imagine what JDT could have done with the funding/players TM had…
For any naysayers- remember that he finished higher than TM ever did in his first full season.

Hill is a good defender at this level so it's a blow to lose him. His form has not been great the last couple of games but he is a good defender. Apparently he's happy here so hopefully it's not the end of the matter. Would like us to try and sign him permanently in the summer if Carter is sold.
We won't get a GK in this window. Pears will come back into the team once he's fit. He's poor but he's better than Leo imo. He was solid in the second half of last season and kept Kaminski out of the team, so he does have a bit more about him than Leo who is just simply useless.
We need to sell Wharton in the summer and re-invest in the squad. He's a fantastic player but he's also a luxury player and we'd be better off selling him and bringing in 3-4 experienced players.
Yeah, but history tells us we don’t even do that though.

Players don't become poor overnight. The lad is class we aren't
I’m not arguing with you here, I actually said a few months ago he had been our best signing of the season so far….

He decided to go back weeks ago and he didn't want to get injured. Big few months ahead for young James. We are a basket case.
No kidding!

Not a clue
Please provide me with one then?
He’s had some very good games where I praised him to high heaven and some stinkers.

The lad clearly has a fair bit of talent, when he’s bang on form, but unfortunately for us, that’s not been for a little while now….

A pretty mad incident in the Liverpool and Newcastle game.
Jota going through on goal, rounds the keeper, open net waiting, then he goes to ground, ref gives the penalty and books the keeper. I just assumed he was going to book Jota for diving. VAR looked at it as well. What a shambles.- 1

What the hell is Damien Johnson doing these days? I know he's still at the club and part of the coaching staff but FFS I thought he would have gone to another club by now to try his hand at management. Maybe he's content to be paid and sit with his bum in the butter.
I always seem to see him in Clitheroe Sainsbury’s, you want me to have a word?!

"We shouldn't forget what our CEO Steve Waggott was saying from the beginning of the season, he was very realistic," Tomasson said on the poor form.
"First of all, it is about staying in the league and then developing players. The cutting of the budget would have an impact on the squad and it has.
Imagine hearing that second part as a manager that just narrowly just missed out on the top 6.
Then him having to carry the can for players that have been thrust upon him (I accept he could have said no to these targets). I will accept that JDT is not perfect and in part responsible for some of the decisions made, but it all has to be caveated with the above and also Venky’s being useless, distant and disinterested.
As ever, whenever people suggesting changing the manager- who replaces him?
’Hi new man, come in and do a job with this shower of shite’.
‘Nice one’.

Tyler Morton just been sent off for a heavy two footed tackle.
Chance would have been a fine thing here….

Jdt needs to take a long hard look at himself. Nice guy but patience can only last so long
Absolutely, he’s responsible for some of our problems, but he’s carrying the can for awful recruitment and Venky’s turning the taps off. As ever, all roads lead back to Pune and those absolute shitheads.
He’ll lose his job, but Steve Waggott and Gregg Broughton won’t. I know who I consider to be more villainous.

Don’t see players round goalies enough these days, so that was lovely too!

Can’t bloody fault that start!

Certainly having some good chances here. As ever with us, the longer it goes without us scoring, the more nervous I get…

We can't afford a striker but let's pay our current manager compensation and bring in Steve Cooper.
Yeah, I thought that shout was about as realistic as me having relations with Maya Jama tbh.

We couldn’t beat an egg at the minute.
Wonder when we’ll next win, our form is absolutely in the toilet.

Rovers fans: ‘we desperately need some experience, we’re lacking a striker and some leadership, especially in the middle of the park’.
Rovers: ‘hold my beer’.

I can’t be assed any more either. I’ve had a season ticket over 30 years.
Starting to wonder what the point of us is.
