Give JDT a new contract. He has moved this club forward so far in 9 months
Something it was obvious to anyone with an ounce of foresight knew Mowbray wasn’t doing after 2.5 seasons with us. Experts on here knew better though.

Except Jack Vale.
He looked really pedestrian when he came on vs Leics to help see out the game. Fresh legs he should have been busting his balls. Really disappointed me that.

For me this deal had The V,s mitts all over it. The insistence on pursueing the appeal as far as possible even when the opinion of the DOF was it was highly unlikely to succeed. The sudden availability to pay a wage way above the ceiling. The fact JDT wanted a striker and not another mid fielder. it was another of their special operation punts. Let's not forget they have previous for pursueing pointless legal cases and not listening to advice
It’s absolutely nailed on that they don’t listen. The way they have operated ever since they took over is ample evidence of that. Arrogant know nowts in my opinion.
I wish they’d show some fecking humility. Sick of ‘em.

That Millwall home game was one of the most abject efforts iv'e witnessed at Ewood without doubt and Appletons football in general was without doubt the worst.
No wonder though when the PNE cartel of him, Shaw and Agnew were running the show, where Kean Anderson and co were pure money driven evil the next lot were just inept clowns.
I suspect when you look at Shaw and Agnew and the money they made, they weren't as inept as you suggest.
Inept from the club's point of view, yes.

poor spell of results? we just 2 very good away draws when most people on here gave us zero chance of ever picking a draw, Yes Wigan was disappointed result but overall this season has been enjoyable and good in terms of results and table wise. Yes we have dropped from 3rd to 8th but we are still in a good position to get a top 6 and playoff place.
On the change of formation, I feel that this squad suits 4-2-3-1 given the attacking players we have. I would play BBD on the left cos his suits his game and how he like to come inside and shoot. Play Thomas wide and Dack in the 10 role with Dolan/Gallagher or Vale up front for rest of the season.
With hardly any game time you were for binning off Dack not that long ago. You change your mind like the wind.

That's a red card for Albrighton - that's a leg breaker.
Safe to say if it had been a Rovers player it would have been.

We are on 1:30 added on already. Not.
Timekeeping in football. One of my many irritations.- 2

So when do we get an answer to this farce?!
Yep - we've moved into farce territory. Much like football in general in many ways these days.
For a multi million pound industry, Football administration seems amatureish at best.

Not necessarily.
If we had a John Williams character running the club (which would require Venky’s to hire him and entrust him with the relevant authority), it wouldn’t matter who the owners were.
The UK SLT team are unfit for purpose and we shouldn’t overlook the importance of this.
I agree with you. But John Williams was employed by them at the start of their lamentable efforts at owning a club and since being forced out, 12 years later they haven’t replaced him with anyone of equal competence and show no signs of doing so.
I’m really at the point where I have no fear about them pissing off, descending the leagues, and starting again. Because none of this is enjoyable anymore.

Never overturned an appeal in its history I heard earlier this week, the ship has sailed and heads should roll.
What's the point sacking people? As you rightly say it's the owners where this all stems from.

Andy Kennedy
Howard Gayle
Scotty
Gennoe
Simon Garner
Big Col
All players I loved to watch. And I came away from games having been thoroughly entertained by players who appeared to give a shit.
We are now reduced to watching last night’s “entertainment”.

Yeah... wouldn't be surprised if this is part of what pissed JDT off - going after another striker who doesn't score goals.
It’s pissing me off.

Perhaps in time, just as "A Bosman" is know for freedom of contract, a transfer deadline day monumental cock up by people earning more than most fans could ever dream of, will be known as "An O'Brien"?

Bonkers. Blame him all you like but he was covering for Mortons mistakes and switched off.
I think we can safely say Morton has an appearance clause - or penalty for lack of appearing.
Morton is getting worse with every game. Our midfield duo today were nowhere near the standard needed.
It caused problems for our defence and attack.

79% possession 😂😂😂😂
We have some nice tidy players that can pass it backwards 3 yards.
