  1. Old Roman doesn't want to pay them off either, the club now has to "run as a business". Well I'm sure this is all just a nice story being created for the media, however, if it is true, Chelsea could really be in trouble.
  2. Im only a part-timer I do admit. I've tried talking to Eurostar and getting them to set up a train straight to Blackburn from my local station...so far they just aren't having it...but I'll keep trying.
  3. Especially when followed by Chelsea, the team everyone would love to see.
  4. Just a question that I just thought of...who has been our captain while Ferguson has been out? I didn't take notice while watching either of our past games, not really thought about it until now.
  5. And I had that small thing known as the Channel as well as most of England in my way, I do understand though that taking the 12 or so hours it would have taken me to drive to Ewood Park at great expense would have been worth it to watch us play Colchester.
  6. I'd love to get Burnley. Avoid premiership opposition for as long as possible and hope that they knock each other out.
  7. Though that may be a supporters website, the article was written by someone who writes for the Evening Chronicle. I'm not saying that means its true, just wanted to point that out.
  8. He's so exciting that it causes spontaneous orgasms...quite a talent...the ladies must love him.
  9. If we win, I don't care, teams won't like us when we start winning anyway...haha
  10. You disliking him is one thing, I would understand that, but not wanting a player because opposition supporters would dislike him is totally different.
  11. Well considering we have been quite solid at the back recently and I don't think Colchester are exactly lethal going forward now that we are 3 up I think it's probably quite likely, but I don't really care, through to the next round and I'll be happy.
  12. Who cares if people hate him, he is better than anything we have at the moment in that area, and that is good enough for me. Not many like Todd, but I'm glad we have him, same goes for Dickov. If he can fit into the team, and plays like he can, then I don't care what other supporters think of him.
  13. I don't think 11k is a record low for Rovers . I'm actually surprised there are that many there. Would have expected it to be somewhere around the 8/9k mark.
  14. Ferguson out for 6 million and Bellamy in for the same fee, after all that has gone on during January I think I would be quite pleased with that. We probably have adequate cover for midfield to make do for the rest of the season, but really need the fire power up front. I do feel however though, if we have put in a bid, it is possible that the board have backed Hughes and simply come up with the cash. It would surprise me if we were going to get into this having to rely on Rangers to come in with an improved offer. I doubt we will bid 6 million, but if we have, I think Ferguson will still be staying at Ewood Park.
  15. No no...I meant since joining us. Since he has arrived here all he has really talked about is how happy he is to be away from you lot. I don't mind if he finishes his career here or not, as a result of his age though I suppose he will be finishing his top class career at Ewood Park.
  16. Actually he's really only talked about how much he hates your place.
  17. I hope you get what I mean by that? He may turn into that, but he isn't Henry yet. Oh no...one goal against Colchester...there's no stopping the boy! Let's not all get too excited.
  18. When you mean 4-3-3 are you including wingers as being part of the 3 up front? So that for me that would still be 4-5-1? Or do you actually think that they are playing alongside each other. I'd suspect that it's 4-4-2 with Pedersen up front as he did fill in that role in the Cardiff replay for a bit.
  19. I'm sure you weren't saying that for him when he was playing for you. He has been a disruptive influence in your team though I'll give you that, he's created a giant gap in your midfield...
  20. He's handled the situation very well. When you contrast the Bellamy and Ferguson sagas it really shows that I think we have a better man in charge.
  21. Yeah but they didn't offer 4 million up front. I think it was 900,000 up front, 2.5 million payment written off, and 500,000 or something based on appearances.
  22. Ummm...yes..."no sorry for 4 million not a chance but er yes 4.5 million and he's yours"...? Where do you get those figures from. They have said to the media 6 million. Now we all know how JW and the board work, you really think they would have come out and said that unless that is what they meant? If there aren't any further developments, such as Ferguson coming out and saying he won't play or something, then 6 million man he is, and million it will take.
  23. I have a godfather who's a big chelsea man, actually somewhat into the business aspect as well for the past few years I could send him a few questions if you'd like? Rovers 11- 1 Chelsea Duffer opens the scoring before the blues are blown away.
