Ozz Posted December 4, 2010 Posted December 4, 2010 Poor use of the Rule of thirds, too much depth of field, a little heavy on the Cyan, cropping needs improving. Plus it's a bird with a mans nose and left eye.
Clitherover Posted December 4, 2010 Posted December 4, 2010 Okay i got it, there is summat freaky going on with her left eyebrow.
adopted scouser Posted December 4, 2010 Author Posted December 4, 2010 Believe it or not, that's not a photo, it's a painting. Have a look here > Click

Stuart Posted December 5, 2010 Posted December 5, 2010 It's just so lifelike. Amazing. Really captured Vic's essence. Genuinely thought it was a photo.
OscarRaven Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 It's just so lifelike. Amazing. Really captured Vic's essence. Genuinely thought it was a photo. Its a tad grainy... you can tell it a painting if you ask me. photographs of pictures that look like photographs, confusing. Guess the only way to judge is to see them in the flesh.
colin Posted December 8, 2010 Posted December 8, 2010 I'm impressed that the painting looks like a photograph. But it rather begs the question why doesn't the artist just take a photo. I'm still impressed by the skill involved though. Unfortunately it's in a way that I'm impressed by synchronised swiming. Good spot though AS
