Yeah, this is correct.

Other EFL club loans can only be amended during transfer windows.

Those restrictions don't apply to non-league clubs.

So I'd fully expect to see CO'R back in January.

Derby did nothing whatsoever wrong yesterday nor has there been anything whatsoever wrong with the vast majority of referees we've had this season.

Im now convinced Exiled is on quite a clever wind up, moaning about the referee and our bad luck the minute we walk on the pitch every week and seeing who bites.

He had me fooled for ages.

The ref didn't lose us the game. But if you think there hasn't been anything whatsoever wrong with the vast majority of refs we have had this season, I'm flabbergasted.
