2011/12 Man Of The Match: Norwich City v Rovers

A very good away performance at Carrow Road should have seen a win, but it has to be said that Lady Luck shone on Norwich in a cruel way for Rovers. The first bit of good fortune came by way of a dodgy deflection to make it 3-2 and then a terrible refereeing decision to award them a 93rd-minute penalty ensured that the spoils were somewhat undeservably spoiled.

Despite conceding the last-minute, unfortunate penalty, Steven Nzonzi received the BRFCS Man of the Match award for the second game in a row, taking nearly 33% of the vote, with Ruben Rochina coming in second with 21% of the vote.
