Its true, but I really felt for England last night. I was sucked in by the hype as well. I'd feel the same with Scotland, nothing compares to the great feeling you get when Rovers win, or the pain you feel when we lose. International football is becoming less and less important. Could we turn this into a club vs country poll? Would just be interesting to see who votes what....

I dont know how anyone could compare the feeling at Rovers to the feeling of international football. It's a good crack every couple of years, but the victories are nothing compared to beating Man United at Ewood or Arsenal at Highbury. It never could be.

Cant be arsed reading the thread, so I dont know if this has been said, but the referee was always going to give it as a foul. Those decisions get given every week in the Premiership, its not right, but we all knew how it worked. Strictly speaking its not a foul, but you cant jump with the goalkeeper, we all know that will always be penalised. Cant really say I blame the referee too much.
