And hes showing a lack of commitment to Brum by wanting to leave just for money. But, i do think he has quality and is a slight improvement on Flitcroft. Although he's not much younger. A fee of £2m is fair. No i saw 60mins of it and thought he did ok. Brum just had a bad day at the office and he tried to get things going but its clear he isn't happy. With a sick mother and a faltering marriage it isn't teh best way to prepare for games. You only to look at the way he took us apart at ewood to see what a player we will get!

Simple. Its cos Hughes is soooo keen to sign him. Savage is not a brilliant player, he's not quick, doesn't arrive in the box and score goals, he's not a midfield playmaker and has no special abilities other than his work rate and hugely inspirational qualities. On the other hand Fergy's performances are proving that he was significantly overvalued, his wages are probably eating away too much of Hughes budget and has been consistently linked with moves to other clubs. he is quite quick he scored against us and hit the post by running into the box late. his passing is very good and he can fly....sorry he can't do the last one! He isn't as good as bazza but he is good enough to play along side him

From whats been said we offered the same deal to them as they gave us for dunn but with less money in each section reduced accordingly! They owe us money for tiny still, as that was on them staying up and in installments i think. DJ was a straight deal as far as i know! It would be easier as has been said to just pay them say £1million up front and cancel the moneys from dunn & tiny(unless they add up to more than £2.5mil)

I really don't get why people rate savage so lowly. Dickov was as badly rated but know everybody loves him! Savage is birminghams best player and the fans love him. To say that is easy for a player is ridiculas. He works hard, he can pass with extreme accuracy and is superb at set pieces. He is annoying for his ability to wind up players, but something you can never say he is, is lazy. He will always give his most even if things aren't going right. With bazza, savage, thommo & flitty in CM slots we would have alot of passion and people who are never short or a word or 2 to wind up the opposition. Worth £2million....yes Worth £2.5million....yes Worth £3million...no (this includes the fact we are still owed £2millionish for dunn which would mean we only end up paying very little out of our pockets)

I can't believe what i am hearing, I was happily speaking to my birmingham supporting mate who after trying to get me down teh pub to watch the game then admitted he would not be at all surprised to see us win this. I feel the exact opposite, I think he cares dearly about the club and would never do anything against the clubs interests. Thats why they searched out every possible role for him before letting him go. I am deverstated at the news but when somebody leaves i assume he would come back!
